The History of the company CERVINO The Azienda Agricola of the Cervino s Brothers lies on the hills surrounding Canicatti, founded Province of Agrigento (Italia-Sicily). The Company was founded in the early 1960 s when its founder Salvatore Cervino set out in order to build what has become a pillar of excellence in the local economy through the production and marketing of edible premium quality grapes. Today, Cervino Interfruits is successfully managed by Salvatore s sons : Michele, Gioacchino, Paolo, Maurizio, Fabio and Massimo each of whom contributing to the strength of the company by controlling individually the particular aspects of the production with the kind of dynamic enthusiasm which can only come from total family commitment.
The varieties of grapes Thanks to the Company competences, the varieties of this grapes : Italia, Red Globe and Vittoria, are produced in the highest degree of unrivalled excellence. ITALIA (Muscat) Obtained by crossing the Bicane and Hamburg Muscatel grapes, Italia (Muscat) is certainly one of the most popular varieties of table grapes in the world due to its appearance and flavor, as well as its hardiness in withstanding handling and shipping. Italia grapes have large, consistent fruit with a lovely golden-yellow color, and a delicate, pleasant musky flavor. THE RED GLOBE Variety comes from California but does well in other parts of the world, including Italy. It gained popularity in Europe during the second half of the 1990's, and its production is increasing. The large, remarkable clusters of the Red Globe contain plum-side seeded berrie VITTORIA Vittoria is from Romania and is a cross between the Cardinal and Aluz Ali varieties. Vittoria gained popularity in Europe throughout the last decade, being the only early table grape variety with consistently large fruits. The berries are cylindrical-conic, the clusters are generally winged, and it is highly resistant to both squeezing and picking

Our way in the World The grapes are carefully picked and stocked. The product is refrigerated for 24 hours and brought to 5 degrees. Expert hands repackage bunch by bunch. The load is once again refrigerated for 24 hours The container is checked and filled. Completed, the load leaves to the ports.
