Christmas at The Register Club Welcome to The Register Club, where our Cocktail Bar, Lounge, Games Room and Snug flow seamlessly together offering Christmas celebrations for parties of six to sixty. Whether it is lunch, dinner or a special canapé and drinks event The Register Club will provide a truly exceptional experience in beautiful surroundings. The Games Room In the Games Room this Christmas we will be offering you either an afternoon or evening of delicious food, available from either 12pm to 5pm or from 6.30pm to 11pm. Seating up to 24 guests over 2 tables for a sensational 4 course Christmas Menu and after dinner the celebrations can continue with your very own table tennis tournament. Alternatively, we can host a drinks and canapés reception for up to 50 people where you can relax and enjoy the fantastic surroundings and enjoy a sociable afternoon or evening of delicious canapés and drinks tailored to your needs. The Snug Our Snug can be combined with the Games Room or offer an intimate space for up to 12 people to enjoy a selection of canapés, drinks and the full Lounge Menu. The Lounge Our Lounge will be open throughout the Christmas season offering a haven of tranquillity from the bustle of the festive season. The perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy a delicious drink and light bite from our Lounge Menu. Christmas Canapés A selection of perfectly crafted canapés to delight your guests can be chosen from the options below, please do advise of any special requirements so we can craft a menu for you. Terms and Conditions The Games Rooms is available either from 12pm5pm or from 6.30pm11pm and we can seat a maximum of 24 guests seated over 2 tables, please be advised that the minimum spend for the Games Room is 2000. We can cater for a maximum of 60 guests for drinks and canapés between the Games Room and the Snug and would appreciate final numbers being confirmed 48 hours prior to your reservation. In order to confirm your reservation, we would kindly ask that you pay a deposit of 10 per person, payments can be made in person at The Register Club, over the phone or via BACs transfer. To ensure that we can look after all of our guests provisional bookings will be held for 3 days, if after 3 days a deposit has not been settled we would regrettably release your reservation. Please let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies in advance so we can ensure we are able to cater to your needs. Changes to both food and drink menus and dietary requirements are requested to be given and confirmed 7 days prior to the event date. If you need to change the number of guests attending please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your event, changes after this time would unfortunately need to be paid in full. If you need to cancel your event at any time please let us know, if you are unable to give us more than 7 days notice you may lose your deposit.
