Choice of Function Suites We have a choice of two function suites both of which are tastefully decorated: The Beaudesert Suite and Lounge (ground floor) is a beautiful airy space and has the added advantage of a Private Terrace and Garden as well as its own Private Bar. The Beaudesert Suite can comfortably entertain up to 175 guests. The Suite can be split in half for smaller parties which require for example a ground floor location or access to the Private Garden. The Balcony Suite (1 st floor) boasts panoramic views of the Golf Course. The Balcony Suite is particularly suitable for more intimate gatherings of up to 50 guests. Room Hire Charges: There may be an additional Room Hire Charge depending on the day and date of your event. Please ask about this at the time of your enquiry. Excellent Food at an Affordable Price We are fast developing a reputation for imaginative freshly prepared food using the best local ingredients. In the event of a cancellation your Deposit is nonrefundable. 4 Weeks Before Event - Numbers Review: We will contact you at least 4 weeks (28 days) before your Function/Party/Event to review numbers, menus and timings etc. IMPORTANT: If final numbers are more than 20% lower than detailed above, we will need to be advised at this point (ie. at least 4 weeks or 28 days before the event,) otherwise you will be invoiced for the full amount. Final Numbers: Although you will have let us know about any major change in numbers at least 4 weeks (28 days) before the event, we need to be notified of exact numbers 7 days before the event. Payment: You will be required to pay your invoice 7 days prior unless agreed otherwise with the Events Team. Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation we may have difficulty rebooking the function suites. Consequently we will present you with a cancellation invoice for payment based on the estimated budget of your Event as calculated by your Numbers Attending. The value of the cancellation Invoice will depend on how late any cancellation takes place and will be calculated as follows: Less than 4 weeks (28 days) prior to the event... 100% of the Estimated Budget 4-12 weeks prior to the event... 50% of the Estimated Budget The above Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings unless agreed separately and confirmed in writing with the General Manager.
