PRICING: Prices are subject to change without notice. Please note that some prices include royalty fees. Others will be added to the extended price and will be carefully listed on your itemized invoice. AVAILABILITY: It is understood that all orders accepted are subject to availability at time of order and anticipated delivery. We do not assume liability for delay or failure to provide material due to accidents, crop failure or causes beyond our control. However, whenever possible, advance notice will be given and substitutions will be recommended. CANCELLATION/ADDITIONS/RESTOCKING: Cancellation and changes to existing orders will be addressed on an individual basis once processing has begun. Additions to existing orders may be processed as a separate order once you have received confirmation. Orders cancelled after being processed and/or pulled for shipping will be charged 20% of total order for restocking. CUSTOMER PICK-UP AND VISITATION: Wholesale customers interested in touring the nursery are welcomed to visit. Please call to make an appointment during the busy season. We will be happy to receive your orders after the completion of your tour and make arrangements for shipment or future pick-up. There may be occasion that an appointment for pick-up may be necessary up to 4 working days in advance. Hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST. Containers: 15G, 10G, 5G, 3G & 2G = 1 per variety 1Gal = 6 per variety. Dims 6.50 x 7 1 Quart = 15 per variety. Dims 4.20 x 4.93 4 /18 = 18 per variety. Dims 4 deep TR18 = 18 per variety. Dims - 3.38 x 3.45 Liners: All liner/plugs trays minimum order = 1 tray per variety. We will make exceptions to allow partial trays. The unit pricing will be adjusted. Plant material damaged in shipping is the responsibility of the carrier and should be addressed with the carrier. (UPS will not deliver to a P. O. Box). An acknowledgement is sent prior to shipping which reflects the estimated date of shipping. When requested, the estimated shipping charges for UPS shipping based on the total weight of the plant material will be provided with your acknowledgment. Note: If actual shipping charges exceed estimate we will bill the total. Kurt Bluemel, Inc. does not assume responsibility for plant material damaged in shipping and/or delay in transit. Inquire about delivery for larger orders. Certain other terms and conditions may apply. PHYTOSANITARY REQUIREMENTS: Currently AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, and WA require a phytosanitary certificate. The fee is $75.00 for inspection. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing order. CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All shipments outside the Continental United States are done on an individual basis at the discretion of Kurt Bluemel, Inc. Minimum order is $1,000.00. The fee is $125.00 for inspection. Orders must be prepaid with cashier s check or acceptable credit cards. Other terms and conditions may apply. Allow 4 6 weeks, due to the Phytosanitary inspection. METHOD OF PAYMENT: We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards. Check or money order on prepaid orders - $35.00 service charge on returned checks. C.O.D. payments apply only to customer pick up and Kurt Bluemel, Inc. deliveries. Customer accounts which are sixty (60) days past due will revert to a cash only basis on future orders. Please note, trucks MAY NOT arrive here before 7:30 a.m. or after 4:30 p.m. in deference to our immediate community. We are located approximately 30 miles North-Northeast of Baltimore, MD. FROM I-95 SOUTH BOUND TOWARDS BALTIMORE: Take exit 74 (Fallston Route 152). Bear right off exit toward Fallston (North). Stay on Route 152 for approximately 12 miles, turn left onto Hess Road. Turn left at the 3rd road on left, Park Road, bear left onto Moores Road then left onto Greene Lane (3rd road on left). Turn at Kurt Bluemel, Inc. sign. FROM I-95 NORTH BOUND TOWARDS BALTIMORE: Take I-695 east and follow directions as outlined below, if you are driving a car or small truck. Trucks over 20 tons should follow I-95N through tunnel to Exit 74 bear left onto Rte 152 then follow directions from I-95. FROM I-695 (Baltimore Beltway): Exit 27 North (Route 146 Dulaney Valley Road), stay on Route 146 (name changes to Jarrettsville Pike after bridge) approximately 15 miles. Turn right (traffic light) onto Hess Road, (20 tons MAX), then first right onto Park Road. Bear left onto Moores Road than left onto Greene Lane (3rd road on left). Turn left at Kurt Bluemel, Inc. sign. FROM I-83 HEADING SOUTH FROM PENNSYLVANIA: Take the first exit to Maryland, Exit 36 onto Route 439 toward Bel Air until Route 439 ends. Turn right onto Route 23. Proceed to traffic light (bank and High s market at intersection), and turn right onto Route 146. At Route 152, turn left. Continue several miles and turn right onto Hess Road. Turn left at the 3rd road on left, Park Road, bear left onto Moores Road then left onto Greene Lane (3rd road on left). Turn left at Kurt Bluemel, Inc. sign. Landmarks near the nursery: At Hess Rd. you are within 5 minutes of the nursery. Do not be concerned that you are entering a residential community, there will be plenty of room to turn your 53 truck and trailer around once you reach the nursery. At Greene Lane, the corner house has a wooden bench on the corner of the property at the Greene Lane street sign. At the end of Greene Lane, turn left into the nursery is gravel driveway where you will pass a pond on your right. Immediately upon entering the nursery property there will be greenhouses on your left and a grey house in front of you. This is the office. Please park your truck and trailer comfortably anticipating maneuvering for your departure and then head up to the office. 4
