The fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks with maceration for 10-15 days at 25-27 C. The wine is refined in bottle for at least 3 months. Wine description: Ruby, tending to garnet red. This wine has an intense and pleasant nose of cherry jam and spices. The palate is full, tasty, rightly tannic and round. It is also balanced and persistent. The palate has finish taste of almond with cherry tones. Food and Wine pairing: Ideal wine to accompany meat main dishes.
Montepulciano d Abruzzo Riserva SAVINI Wine: Montepulciano d Abruzzo Riserva DOCG SAVINI Grape variety: 100% Montepulciano Grape harvest and vinification: Obtained from Montepulciano grapes collected at the end of October and carefully. Soft pressing and vinification at controlled temperature of the must follow. The malolactic fermentation guarantees a particular maturation and fineness. It stays for approximately 15 months in tonneaux of 5 hl. Refining in bottle for at least 6 months. Wine description: Garnet red, very concentrated. On the nose it opens to a bouquet of dark fruits jam and withered flowers, enriched with subtle pepper and cardamom notes, and then liquorish and delicate coffee. Sleek, elegant, of great structure, round and supported by velvety tannins. Warm, rightly fresh and sapid. Very persistent, recalling fruit and spices.
Montepulciano D'Abruzzo DOC Colleventano Montepulciano d'abruzzo DOC year Colleventano is a great structured red wine. The grapes, 100% Montepulciano, are carefully selected and harvested in mid October. Then, only the free-run must gets pressed and winemaking takes place at a controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation, which grants a particular fineness and maturation, the wine need to be aged in 1 hl tonneau (a particular kind of oak barrels) for 11 months. Bottle refinement lasts at least 6 months. Characteristics of Montepulciano d'abruzzo DOC It displays a deep garnet red colour and conveys a black fruit jam bouquet, which merges fade flower scent with pepper and cardamom notes, then ends with a delicate fragrance of licorice and coffee. On the palate it s light, elegant, but also strong and majestic, with a great structure. Tannic, velvet and persistent in taste. Spicy and fruity flavours return in the end. Recommended pairings It should be served in a wide crystal glass at a temperature of 18-20 C. We suggest to open the bottle one or two hours before serving, in order to enhance its characteristics. It s perfect to be paired with red meat, roast and braised beef.

The fermentation, controlled temperature 16-17C takes place over 10 days approximately. Refining for at least for 3 months in bottle before sale. Wine description: Straw yellow with golden highlights. Very pleasant fruity nose, with scents of pear, plum, citrus fruits and a touch of honey. On the palate it is fresh and rounded with a mineral and citrus long finish. Food and Wine pairing: Excellent with starters, pasta dishes and light risotto.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with maceration of the skins for 15 days at 26 C. Refining in bottle for at least 3 months. Wine description: Ruby red with garnet highlights. Floral nose of violet, fruity scents and soft notes of spices. On the palate it is pleasantly fruity. Nice balance between the fine tannins, the freshness and the right roundness. Persistent finish. Food and Wine pairing: With roast meats and stews. Alcohol content: 12 %
