Light sherry, oaky spice, vanilla & heathery notes on the nose. Heavily charred barrels & oloroso influence combine to give a rich flavor. Light citrusy spice, white pepper & a touch of exotic fruit on the palate.
Aged 10 Years. Linkwood Distillery makes light, delicate, Speyside whisky. Developed nose of white flowers with hints of lemongrass & white pepper. Crystallized fruit & barley sugar on the palate with lightly honeyed citrus notes.
Aged 10 Years. Inchgower Distillery produces spicy malt with a distinct coastal salinity. Natural spice, candied orange & cloves on the nose. Casks give some oaky structure with further notes of nuttiness, allspice & pepper on the palate.

Mixed herbs & spices with a touch of lavender on the nose. Rounded & complex flavor with subtle pepper notes.
Aged 10 Years in re-use Islay Barrels. Ardmore Distillery is known for its peaty flavors. Initial smokiness, balanced by light vanilla & apple notes on the nose. Palate lends smoky & sweet touches with cloves & cinnamon in the finish.
Aged 9 Years in first-fill American Bourbon Barrels. Miltonduff Distillery produces classic, light, floral whisky. Heathery notes, balanced by oaky spice & flowery scents on the nose. Flavor develops with dried fruit & creamy fudge, leading into caramelized malt & bitter red fruits.
NO.12 - MACDUFF DISTILLERY - 2007 Aged 10 Years. Macduff Distillery interestingly has two wash stills & three spirit stills, in addition to both wooden & stainless-steel fermenters. These elements contribute to the balance of fruitiness to cereal notes. The mid palate has ginger, caramel & softer malted cereal finishing with a sweet touch.
NO.13 - CRAIGELLACHIE DISTILLERY - 2007 Aged 10 Years. Craigellachie Distillery is known, due to its long fermentation process, for spirits with floral & fruity weight. The bottling from refill hogsheads offers pungent fresh cereal with white pepper/gunsmoke notes, followed by boiled sweets, toffee malt & finishing with a little kick of fire.
No.14 - ROYAL BRACKLA DISTILLERY - 2009 Aged 9 Years in smaller Bourbon barrels. Royal Brackla Distillery s production is modeled around medium fermentation. The aging process mellows fresh fruitiness into dried fruit & oaky spice on the nose, with the palate adding the distillery s trademark vanilla baked apple & caramel malt.
BOTTLED AT CASK STRENGTH NON CHILL-FILTERED NOT COLORED 55.6% ALC./VOL. Aged 10 Years. Mannochmore Distillery uses slightly thinner & taller stills which emphasize the florality of the spirit. The aging process develops some soft fruit, candied cereal notes & cinnamon spice with a well-structured & firm finish.
