Make plan stay hme that day. Yu have smething t d, I knw. Drp garlic head and xtail direct in brshch. D nt peel garlic. Let bil fr at least fur hur, maybe six, until sme meat fall ff bny part and flating in water. Liquid will make frthing. Keep remving this frthing. When frthing stp, this yur secnd clue meat is ck. Add biling water when necessary, s nt run dry. That biling water, nt frm tap. Make big difference t flavr. Then take all bne ut f water. Let bne cl n cunter, because meat left make nice snack. Grate beet, carrt and cabbage int big pile. Make sure wash and peel beet. I dn't peel carrt, it kill vitamin. This part I can't tell yu, yu have t use wn brain. Lk back and frth frm sup stck t vegetable. Liquid shuld be abut three-quarter f pt. Yu want nice thick brshch, s lk if yu think vegetable fit in that liquid. Nt t much, nt t little. Shuld always be abut ne inch liquid n tp vegetable. If t much liquid, either chp mre vegetable r bil liquid mre until sme evaprate. Chp fresh dill weed. Give stem t chicken. Peel and chp nin. Put int frying pan with sunflwer seed il. I nt measure il, nbdy s stupid they can't see hw much. Fry until nin sft and clear. Put all vegetable careful in sup pt. Be gentle s they nt splash ht water.
