Café Vita Function Facilities The Clarence Reardon Centre and The Southern Aurora Centre have fully-equipped function rooms that can accommodate up to 65 guests in comfort. Rooms can also be combined to accommodate larger gatherings, as required. Each room is artfully decorated and provides multi media capability with digital display and personal presentations via mounted flat screens. Function Booking Information Due to Health and Safety Regulations and Liquor Licensing BYO food and beverages are not permitted. Each function is of 90 minutes duration from the start time stated at time of booking. Function time can be extended with an additional payment of $100 per hour per room. The minimum spend of $350 applies per function/per room. A surcharge of $350 applies for each additional room booked for a group less than 65 guests. A surcharge of $300 applies for functions booked on a weekend or public holiday. A cancellation fee will apply for any function cancelled after 12pm the day prior to a booking. On-Site Floral Arrangements Springvale Botanical Cemetery and Bunurong Memorial Park both have centrally located on-site florists offering a bountiful selection of fresh flowers and contemporary and classic floral arrangements in a variety of sizes. Floral options include elegant wreaths, casket sheaths to stunning table arrangements and modest floral bouquets. Pre-orders can be organised on-line or over the phone.
