This can be reviewed as your function progresses and increased if need be. However, we will always ensure you are in full control of the amount throughout the event and at any point you are welcome to turn the bar tab into a cash bar so your guests can purchase their own drinks. ~ 5 ~

Final Numbers & Dietary Requirements 7 days prior to function. 4. Final PAYMENT 7 DAYS prior to event (no refunds after final numbers confirmed) 5. Cancellation: Written notice to be given not less than 30 days prior to function, deposit will not be refunded, if cancellation occurs within 30 days, (Arthouse /Artdeco) may charge the client 50% of total od function value. 6. Chosen menus are subject to change with written notification due to seasonal availability. 7. Function must conclude by 12.00AM and Bar Closes 11.45pm 8. Arthouse/Art Deco Bar & Kitchen practice RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL And will not tolerate intoxication. Any intoxicated person will be asked to leave. 9. Security: A bond deposit may be required depending on the nature of the function (This will be refunded after inspection of the function room within 3-5 working days) 10. The organiser is responsible for any property damage and is responsible to reimburse Arthouse/Art Deco Bar & Kitchen for such damages. 11. Any external suppliers, musicians, must produce public liability insurance to be allowed entrance into the venue as well as a certificate of currency indemnifying us and our related suppliers. 12. Arthouse/Art Deco Bar & KITCHEN can provide a range of other options like chair covers, Centrepieces, ice -carvings, DJ, Special occasion cake, photographer, please ask for a quote.
