All fd and beverage samples r traffic prmters brught in t the Sacrament Cnventin Center, Memrial Auditrium r The Cmmunity Theater must have apprval frm Classique Catering / Centerplate in writing prir t the event and adhere t the fllwing guidelines: Fd and Nn-Alchlic Beverage Sampling A cmpany/rganizatin may nly distribute samples f fd and beverage prducts that the cmpany/rganizatin prduces r sells in its nrmal day t day peratins. Samples may nly be distributed in such quantities that are reasnable with regard t the purpse f prmting the merchandise. Fd samples are limited t (2) tw-unce prtins. Only Classique Catering / Centerplate staff may perfrm all preparatin/cking within the facility s prductin areas. Charges fr these services will be based n the requirements f the arrangements.
