HAWKSHEAD - Iti 3.5% Named after the Maori word for little this is NZPA s little brother. Crisp with citrus and floral aromas on the nose and huge flavours of gooseberry, grapefruit & tropical fruit. HAWKSHEAD - Windermere Pale 3.5% An aromatic and wildly hoppy, very pale ale. Huge hop aromas from a medley of traditional and modern hops including tropical fruit flavours from the American Citra hop. HAWKSHEAD - Bitter 3.7% A pale, hoppy and bitter ale: a slight elderflower aroma from Slovenian Celeia hops, followed by long bitterness. HAWKSHEAD Lakeland Gold 4.4% A refreshing, well hopped, fruity and bitter golden ale with complex fruit flavours from the blending of English hop, First Gold, with the outrageously fruity American hop, Cascade. HAWKSHEAD Sundown 4.5% The colour of sunset, the flavours of fruity hops from the American West, the sweetness of juicy malts - Red Ale meets IPA. HAWKSHEAD Brodie s Prime 4.9% Well-hopped porter. It has a roasted edge, like a stout, but with contrasting spiciness and surprisingly pronounced fruit flavours from a mixture of English and American hops. HAWKSHEAD Cumbrian Five Hop 5.0% MAIN BAR & Well hopped golden ale made using 5 different hop varieties including Citra & Amarillo. Flavours of tropical fruit, orange marmalade and herbal hop aromas are balanced by a juicy malt character. HAWKSHEAD NZPA 6.0% Brewed with 4 New Zealand hops. Passionfruit, mango and apricot aromas and a citrus bitterness are balanced by the sweetness of Maris Otter barley to produce an extraordinary beer which showcases the unique hops of New Zealand. HAWKSHEAD IPA 7.0% A modern IPA, amber in colour, with huge, complex hop flavours from a blend of American & New Zealand hops, including Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Columbus and Mosaic, and balanced by sweet malt. HAWKSHEAD Great White 4.8% A spiced, cloudy, wheat beer. Brewed with coriander seeds, dried Seville orange peel and Motueka hops from New Zealand, to produce a delicately hopped, crisp, highly refreshing beer. HAWKSHEAD Lakeland Lager 5.0% It s lager, but it s tasty. Pale with restrained but fresh hop character from European lager hops. The twist is it has been fermented not with lager yeast but with our own ale yeast. MARBLE - Table Beer 2.7% This low-abv pale ale is the ultimate session beer - Motueka, Nelson Sauvin and Citra provide a bold hop profile, whilst Vienna malt and oats balance biscuit character and a dry finish.
MAIN BAR MARBLE - Bret the Hitman Tart 5.0% A one-off brett-fermented pale ale beer brewed for Manchester Beer Week 2017. Lightly tart with a dry finish that complements the subtle zesty hop character. MARBLE - Frazzle Rock 5.9% Smoked porter, collaboration with Leeds charcuterie bar Friends of Ham. THORNBRIDGE - Halcyon7.4% Stunning IPA brimming with intense pineapple, grapefruit, lemon zest and pine hop flavours. VIBRANT FOREST - Kaleidoscope 6.5% IPA with a warm malty backbone and a beautiful amber colour. Dry hopped to oblivion with American hops resulting in a giant tropical explosion and a gentle bitterness on the finish. WILD BEER CO - Bibble 4.2% Bibble (which means to drink regularly in Somerset) is brewed with a base of Vienna malt and oats. Hopped with Mosaic, for tropical fruit flavours, along with some nice orangey Amarillo hops. WILD BEER CO - Millionaire 4.5% Lactose, caramel and high quality Valrhona cocoa nibs provide a chocolate and caramel backbone alongside the roasty malts whilst the Cornish Sea Salts gives a savoury salty kick. WYLAM - 009 HBC-431 Single Hop Series 4.6% Experimental pale ale with a ramped up mouthfeel thanks to a grist bill blend of Golden Promise and Pilsner Malt, Oat Malt and Flaked Barley. Juicy fruit reverberations from lashings of single hop EXP HBC 431. WYLAM - Jakehead IPA 6.3% Supercharged IPA, rich amber in colour with lots of American hop aroma. Distinctly bittersweet on the palate with a massive hop complexity. MAIN BAR
ARBOR - Pocket Rocket 3.9% RIVER BAR Session pale ale, brewed with Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic hops. It has a nice balance of malt and fresh hoppy flavours and aromas. ARBOR - Oz Bomb 4.7% Pale ale hopped with Australian Galaxy and Vic Secret hops. It has tropical fruit flavours and aromas with a long bitter finish. BRISTOL BEER FACTORY - Nova 3.8% Hoppy session ale with a light malt base that allows the bright, fresh and zesty hop aromas to shine - underpinned by herbal and floral notes. BRISTOL BEER FACTORY - Milk Stout 4.5% Smooth chocolatey sweetness and balancing coffee bitterness with hints of dark fruits. A beautifully creamy, full-bodied stout. CLOUDED MINDS - Hazelnutter 5.0% American brown ale brewed with Italian hazelnuts. The flavour is nutty and chocolaty. Well balanced and smooth. CLOUDED MINDS - Luppol 4.2% Punchy golden ale. Light to medium bodied, brewed with plenty of Cascade and Summit hops. Very drinkable and refreshing with a good bitter finish. KIRKBY LONSDALE - Tiffin Gold 3.6% Low in ABV but full on flavour. Smooth drinking ale building to a fruity bitter finish with great hop aromas from the new world hops used. KIRKBY LONSDALE - Jubilee Stout 5.5% A powerful stout brewed with a carefully balanced selection of chocolate and black malt along with a hint of roasted barley. MOOR - Revival 3.8% A very hoppy and refreshing bitter, brewed with pale, lager, cara, crystal and wheat malts. The hops are a blend of American varieties, with American-style yeast providing a crisp finish. MOOR - Hoppiness 6.5% Probably best described stylistically as a Californian IPA, this beer has all the rich malt and fruit flavours of a barley wine combined with the hoppy crispness of a pale ale. PILOT - Blønd 4.0% RIVER BAR Fresh and zesty, a very modern cloudy pale ale brewed with 50% oats and hopped with Galaxy and Amarillo. PILOT - Mochachino Stout 5.5% (on after Pilot Blønd) Sweet indulgent milk stout with an exclusive coffee roast, raw and roast cocoa nibs, Tahitian vanilla and lactose. PRESSURE DROP - Pale Fire 4.8% American style pale ale. The label is a homage to the great Californian poolscapes painted by David Hockney. PRESSURE DROP - Nanban Kanpai 6.5% Brewed in collaboration with Masterchef winner Tim Anderson for his restaurant. It s primed with Yuzu, Grapefruit and Orange juice and provides a huge fruity, tangy citrus burst. REDEMPTION - Trinity 3.0% Light ale brewed with three malts and three hops. Generous late hopping provides Seville orange aromas and the initial malt sweetness is dominated by citrus flavours which explode on the palate. REDEMPTION - White IPA 5.7% Pale gold in colour, the nose is reminiscent of oranges, with hints of tropical fruit salad. Amarillo and Motueka hops provide a strong orange, mango and papaya flavours. SALOPIAN - Hair of the Dog 4.1% A pale coloured ale with an array of hop flavours, with fruit, citrus and spice developing into a long crisp finale. SALOPIAN Disintegration 5.1% A pale strong beer, exceedingly clean, with earthy pine, tropical fruit and stone fruit notes. Packed full of flavour and freshness. SIREN - Yu Lu 3.6% Loose leaf pale ale brewed with Earl Grey tea. An all-star American hop profile of Chinook, Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe, plus bergamot juice and lemon zest. SIREN - Undercurrent 4.5% Pale ale with spicy, grassy aromas and a taste of grapefruit and apricot. Undercurrent is part pale, part oats and part caramel barley. RIVER BAR
SWANNAY - Summer Breeze 3.2% RIVER BAR A light and refreshing, easy drinking and sessionable golden ale, brewed for summer and full of fruity US Citra hops. SWANNAY - Scappa Bere 4.2% Viking grain beer. This light amber beer gets it flavour and colour from the 100% Bere malt used. TINY REBEL - Cereal Killer 3.0% A light, easy drinking session IPA. Rolled oats maintain the body and malt character of a higher strength ale whilst keeping the gravity down. A trio of hops, including the juicy little Mosaic, give this beer a fresh, fruity bitterness. TINY REBEL - Cwtch 4.6% Pronounced cutch and meaning hug. Citrus and tropical fruit flavours are backed up with caramel malts in this untraditional Welsh red ale. RIVER BAR
MALT LOFT AFFINITY - Breeze 3.8% A golden, hugely drinkable farmhouse ale brewed with lime zest and coriander seed. AFFINITY - Blanche De Londres 4.4% (on after Affinity Breeze) An English wit beer - refreshing notes of apricot and peach. BEAVERTOWN - Wit or Wheatout You 5.6% Sour wit with Sicilian lemon. BEAVERTOWN - Bergamonster 5.6% (on after Wit or Wheatout You) Bergamot hefeweiss. BEAVERTOWN - Tempus Claussenii 7.0% (on after Mad DIPA) Brett IPA. BEAVERTOWN - Mad DIPA 9.0% New England IPA. CLOUDWATER - LAUREL & ARDY 8.2% Brewed with old friends from Lost & Grounded, and new friends from Verdant, this is a hoppy Belgian hybrid with a modern twist. CLOUDWATER - GRISETTE CITRA 4.0% Brewed with Munich and smoked malt and lightly dry hopped with Citra and El Dorado for a subtle hoppiness. HAWKSHEAD - Solar Sour 3.3% A very pale, effervescent, highly refreshing, low alcohol, kettle-soured, unfiltered, cloudy wheat beer with restrained lemony tartness. Our take on a Berliner Weisse. HAWKSHEAD - Chuckleberry Sour 3.3% A unique fruit beer - vibrant pink, effervescent, low alcohol, refreshing. A chuckleberry is a cross between redcurrant, gooseberry and jostaberry, and is full of the flavours of all three. HAWKSHEAD Cherry Weisse 3.5% Collab with Blackjack Brewery for Manchester Beer Week 2017. Berliner weisse aged on cherries. HAWKSHEAD Wild Wheat 4.8% Great White re-fermented in oak with Brettanomyces wild yeast adding earthy, ripe, dry, lemony, tart flavours and a hint of wood to the delicately hopped wheat beer. HAWKSHEAD NZPA 6.0% Brewed with 4 New Zealand hops. A kettle-soured, lactose infused Golden Ale brewed with fresh lime zest and lemon grass to taste biscuity and strongly of lime... just like a key lime pie. HAWKSHEAD Brodie s Prime Export 8.5% Our original ruby brown premium beer, Brodie's Prime, brewed to export strength to create a rich, complex, strong dark ale. Aromas of dark chocolate, treacle sweet flavours, roasted bitterness, a surprising fruitiness and a long dry finish. HAWKSHEAD Tiramisu Imperial Stout 10.0% First brewed in collaboration with Cigar City Brewery of Tampa Bay, Florida. Inspired by the classic Italian dessert, Tiramisu, this is a strong stout, made with coffee beans and 8 varieties of malt. It exhibits rich, luscious layers of coffee, mocha and cream flavours. MAGIC ROCK Simpleton 2.6% A big aroma full of passion fruit and mango, a well-rounded mouth feel and crisp bitterness, a satisfying IPA style depth of flavour. MAGIC ROCK - Bellini Vice 4.5% Raspberry & peach Berliner Weisse mimicking the classic Bellini cocktail. It has a delicate and clean body, a beautiful peachy colour from the fruit additions and a refreshing sour tang. MALT LOFT
MALT LOFT MAGIC ROCK - Pina Mojito Vice 5.5% Pineapple, lime and mint Berliner Weiss brewed in collaboration with Stillwater Artisanal. Tropically aromatic, with a citrus tang and super refreshing mint finish. MAGIC ROCK - High Wire 5.5% A tribute to the pale ales of the West Coast of America; beers unapologetically hop forward in character. Mango, lychee and lip-smacking grapefruit flavours and a crisply bitter finish. MAGIC ROCK Inhaler 4.5% Juicy smashable pale ale. MAGIC ROCK Cannonball 7.4% Tropically fruity, resinous hops compete against a sweet malty backbone, while a rasping bitterness builds to a mouth puckering crescendo. MARBLE Dobber 6.5% Marble's flagship IPA. The New Zealand hop profile provides waves of tropical fruit delights and a lovely, light bitterness to offset the solid biscuity malt backbone. MARBLE Langosetine 5.0% This tart, salty gose contains both langoustines and pineapple. Kettle-souring gives lemony acidity which harmonises with juicy tropical notes, underpinned by a savoury, maritime character. NORTHERN MONK - Patrons Project 6.01 Hazemaker 7.4% Three-way collaboration between Northern Monk, Deya and Verdant. Amarillo, Simcoe and Columbus hops make this IPA fresh, fruity, punchy and hazy. RUNAWAY - Shandy Panache 2.2% Collab with Steep Soda Co. Summer saison ginger lemonade. RUNAWAY - Manchester Tart 4.8% Originally a collab with Hawkshead. A refreshing, fruity, summer ale inspired by Belgian wit - brewed with fresh raspberries, vanilla, lactose, oats and specialty Belgian malts. RUNAWAY - Export India Brown 7.0% Collaboration with Left Handed Giant brewery. Taking elements of their Double IPA and Runway s American Brown Ale to create a bittersweet, hop-forward beer using plenty of Simcoe and Mosaic. RUNAWAY - Double IPA 7.2% An intensely hoppy, clean, but full bodied American style DIPA. The balance of malty sweetness, fruity aromas and hop driven bitterness make for a very drinkable beer. OUTSIDE BAR ATOM Schrodinger s Cat 3.5% Schrodinger s cat is a paradox, as is this beer. Brewed to be low in alcohol, but full in body. A strong malt backbone supports a one-two punch of Mosaic and Citra hops. ATOM - Rare Earth 5.5% Red ale with a significant quantity of rye malt, providing a rich, biscuity spiciness balanced with a good dosing of hops and infused with the subtle essence of saffron. GREAT HECK Dave 3.8% Dark, silky smooth session bitter brewed with copious quantities of finest English crystal and chocolate malts, balanced by the subtle bitterness from English hops. GREAT HECK - Black Jesus 6.5% Black as the coal mined from beneath the brewery, Black Jesus is a black IPA brewed with biblical quantities of premium American hops and special de-husked German roasted malt. HAWKSHEAD - Windermere Pale 3.5% An aromatic and wildly hoppy, very pale ale. Huge hop aromas from a medley of traditional and modern hops including tropical fruit flavours from the American Citra hop. MALLINSONS - Kiwi Classic 4.4% Blonde ale with a tropical fruit nose, and light citrus notes. The taste is fruity with a short bitter finish. Brewed using New Zealand hops. NORTH RIDING - Cascade Pale 4.0% U.S. hopped pale ale using one of the first American hops to grace our shores, NORTH RIDING - Tiramisu Porter 4.5% A porter made from 5 different malts and hopped with English First Gold. The addition of coffee and chocolate post fermentation produce a tiramisu flavoured beer. OUTSIDE BAR

NORTHERN MONK - Neopolitan Pale 6.2% A pale ale brewed to mimic the shades of the classic Neopolitan ice cream with additions of lactose, strawberries and chocolate sauce. ROOSTERS - Eighty Eight 4.3% Brewed with Waimea and Kohatu hops from New Zealand, Eighty Eight is clean and well-balanced with a moderate level of bitterness.
