OPTIONAL EXTRAS Extra Meals We understand there may be many people involved in your special day. Additional meals (main and dessert only) and soft drinks for musicians, photographers etc can be arranged, at an additional cost. Entertainment We are able to help you with your entertainment for the function or event with a number of contacts in the entertainment area. Function Times The duration of functions can be extended on request and must be prearranged; unfortunately lunchtime functions cannot be extended. If you choose to extend drinks service beyond the standard duration of a function, costs on your chosen drinks package will apply plus a venue hire charge of $350 per hour.
