Working With You We realise that ski and mountain accommodation is a competitive market, that is why we have come up with a number of dynamic solutions you can implement within your existing business and marketing models to help your property maintain an edge. Option 1: Complimentary Service. Chalet Kitchen food deliveries as a complimentary service to your accommodation. We are just like a ski hire shop, transfer company or other such service. You direct your guests towards us and we take care of the rest. We handle all the bookings and the logistics. All you ever have to do is tell your guests we exist. We don t need access to your property and we will never burden you with our clients requests. You get to direct your guests to a quality service that keeps them coming back to you for more. Your clients get all the value, flexibility and freedom of a self catered property with the ease of a catered property. Background Catering Evening Meals Prices Winter 2018-2019 Prices are for our 2 course evening meal which includes a generously portioned main course (including side dishes) and a desert. Evening Meals prices are discounted based on the group size per night, for example: order 3 meals on one night and get the 3 person rate, order 5 meals on another night and get the 5 person rate. The more portions, the bigger the discount. Chalet Kitchen background catering partners receive a minimum 10% discount on the total booking value on top of the above group discount. This discount applies to the whole order including evening meals, all extras and all drinks. This only applies on business to business transactions. The group discount does not extend further than 12 PAX. At this rate including the 10% discount the price of an evening meal is 14.40 Inc. TVA at 5.5% per person per night. Below is a table of the total price per person for a given number of nights with the appropriate group discount. These prices includes the 10% background catering partner discount and includes TVA at 5.5%. Dietary Considerations We aim to cater for a wide variety of tastes and requirements but due to the nature of our operation (delivered food) there are certain requirements we cannot cater to. Please see below for details. What we can do: Normal Menu We have a full menu of vegetarian dish's for each night. We have tried to cater for as many dietary considerations as possible in our basic menu. We also have a variety of adaptions of many of our meals (see the menu for details). Wheat & Gluten We have gluten free dishes in our normal menu. Please note as we do not operate a gluten free kitchen and so there may be a traces of gluten in the dish. Dairy Free Adaption: This is the normal menu item with all dairy products removed. Please note as we do not operate a dairy free kitchen and so there may be a traces of dairy in the dish. Vegan Adaption This is the normal menu item adapted to be vegan friendly. Some ingredients listed in the normal menu may feature an alternative or be missing. Fish & Shellfish Unless stated explicitly in the menu description, our meals do not contain fish or shell- Nuts Free Adaption: This is the normal menu item with nuts removed.
