Off-Site Catering Menu At Marco s Table and Events, we are dedicated to bringing our guests the true taste on International Fusion Cuisine. Our mission is to take unique ingredients and flavors from around the world and combine them for an unforgettable culinary experience. With over 35 years of experience in special events, we can ensure memorable experience for all of your guests. Our event planning skills can easily guide you through planning a catered event from 50 to 250 guests. We also have great recommendations for musical entertainment, fine linens and unique flower arrangements. Meetings are arranged at our storefront in downtown Elmhurst by appointment. From light lunches and cocktail parties to full service gourmet dinners---marco s Table and Events can help you with all of your party planning. Types of catering services available: Marco s Table and Events offers off-premise buffet dinners, plated course dinners, strolling International-themed stations and dessert tables. o Buffet Dinners offer a variety of foods served on linen skirted tables. o Plated Dinners are menus that are served as individual timed courses. o Strolling Dinners are food tables that are placed apart to create mingling. o Dessert Tables are created so your guests can sample and array of different sweets. Event Payment Schedule/ Cancellation Policy: Marco s Table offers a flexible payment plan for large events. o Initial Deposit of $500 is due at the time of booking. o ½ the estimated total is due 30 days prior to the event. o Full balance is due 10 day prior to the event. o Forms of payment: Cash, check and major credit card. o $500 Initial deposit non-refundable Final Guest Count: A final guest count is due two weeks prior to the scheduled event date. This is the number of guests that will show on your final guest check. We will need to know how many children and adults will be attending. If the number of guests is lower; the final invoice will reflect the final count with no refund. If the number of guests increases on the evening of the event, an additional invoice will be issued for immediate payment.

Alcohol Policy: Marco s Table and Events can supply a full-service bar, beer, wine and soft drinks. Marco s Table and Events will not under any circumstance serve any guest under the age of 21. If a person of legal age offers and alcoholic beverage to anyone under the legal age limit, drinks will be confiscated and both persons will be denied any alcoholic beverages for the duration of the event. Marco s Table and Events is not responsible for actions related to this case. Special Request and sample menus: Marco s Table and Events prides itself on creating unique personalized menus for special occasions. We offer a wide variety of cuisine styles and can also offer to re-create special family recipes that you would like to incorporate into your special event. The following pages are designed to give you an idea of Marco s Table and Events offerings. Event Food Tastings: Marco s Table and Events offers a complimentary food tasting for your private event in our downtown Elmhurst dining room. The tasting is scheduled after your initial deposit of $500 has been received. At your tasting dinner. We will prepare your entire event menu from beginning to end. We do kindly ask that you pay for your cocktails and gratuity for your server. Plates / Flatware / Glasses: Paper Plates, disposable flatware and paper napkins are included in the per person price for all events. Rental fees would apply for china, silverware and linen napkins. Sales Tax and Gratuity: All catered events will have sales tax (9%) and gratuity (20%) calculated onto the final food, beverage and rental check. Any of our catered packages can be delivered and set up with no servers. A delivery and set-up charge will apply and be added to your final guest check.

Evening Event Menus Strolling Cocktail and Hors D Oeuvre Events: Food Stations will be set up throughout the event area. All food stations will be self-serving, attendant or chef attended. Food stations operate for two hours unless additional time is requested. A minimum of at least three stations must be chosen to provide then effect of a strolling appetizer / dinner. Plated Dinners: Plated dinners are individual courses that are served within a 10- minute time period between courses. Normally Salad, entrée and then dessert. An additional pasta course may be added at the cost of $5.00 per guest.
