The recipe uses a small amount of fresh lemon to compliment the citrussy flavours produced by the wheat malt. A unique blend of traditional English Golding, and specially imported Galaxy hops from distant South Australia harmonise to give this beer a distinctive character of the old, and the new world. Peach and apricot notes dominate the aroma, with hints of butterscotch and toffee apple.
