Its freshness and generous aromas make it the ideal Champagne for aperitif. A delicate cuvee revealing the finesse of the Pinots from Champagne. Its pale pink robe and its subtle aromas of red fruits are obtained through blending with 8% Pinot Noir vinified in red wine. The elegance of the great Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs. Exclusively the first pressing Only the purest juices from the «cuvée» (first pressing) are used, bringing freshness and finesse to the cuvées. The importance of reserve wines They represent 20% to 40% of the non-vintage blends. Aged separately they guarantee the continuity of the Boizel style over the years. The long ageing on lees It is only with time that a great Champagne can reveal its full potential. All the Boizel cuvees are aged for a minimum of 3 years in the cellars, the best vintages for 7 to 15 years. A precise dosage Balance is the priority, low dosages are chosen to preserve the purity of the wine s natural expression.
