Fa Cai Eight Treasures Chicken Prosperity Lo Hei with Mini Abalone, Crispy Fish Skin and Pok Chui Crackets EARLY REUNION SET MENU (JANUARY 26 TO FEBRUARY 3, 2019) A time for a joyous reunion, soak in the festive spirit with an early Lunar New Year celebration at White Rose Café. Available for lunch and dinner, tuck into our Abundance Fortune Combo (S$328*) comprising a medley of symbolic dishes such as Prosperity Lo Hei with Mini Abalone and Crispy Fish Skin (large); Premium Braised Pen Cai (regular); Fragrant Fried Rice with Preserved Meat wrapped in Lotus Leaf as well as Yam Paste with Pumpkin. For something extensive, diners are welcome to order additional dishes from the à la carte menu (starts from S$38*, refer to Appendix A for details). A three (3) working days advance reservation is required for the Early Reunion Set Menu. Savour this delicious Lo Hei with Pok Chui Crackers (fried flour crisps), a symbolism of great wealth. Other delicacies include the Fa Cai Eight Treasures Chicken (S$62+) which represents family togetherness and is a symbolic Lunar New Year dish enjoyed by families as well as the Fragrant Fried Rice with Preserved Meat Wrapped in Lotus Leaf (S$38+).
