ADITIONAL INFORMATION General Information and Policies: All Food and Beverage must be provided through the hotel with the exception to strictly Kosher food and special event cakes, provision and surcharge may apply. Service Charge and Tax: All food, beverage, room rental and audio visual prices are subject to a service charge of 22% and 7% sales tax. 9% food and beverage taxes apply. Function Space: All meeting rooms are set up in accordance to the approved Even Order. Request for change in room set up after the room has been fully set will result in a $45 reset fee. Guarantees: Final guarantee of the number of people anticipated will be required 72 business hours in advance for a meal function or the expected number will be used. This number will be your guarantee and it is not subject to reduction. We will be prepared to serve 3% over the guarantee number. Payment: Your event is confirmed once we received the signed Banquet Event Order (BEO) and completed credit card authorization form. Advance deposits and or payment in full may be required. A credit card must remain on file for all events to cover any additional charges incurred the day of the event or any damaged caused to hotel property.
