WEDDING TERMS & CONDITIONS Thank-you for choosing JEM at Sarcoa Event Centre to host your event, please read the following information carefully. Please see below for our terms and conditions regarding booking functions at our venues, which includes Sarcoa, Pier, Waterfront Patio, and Cabanas: - A non refundable deposit must be made upon finalized booking (rate determined by size of event). The deposit amount will come off the final bill. - The final guarentee of attendance is due 14 days in advance of the event date. The final number given is the amount charged for. - Please notify us of anyone with dietary restrictions in your party at least 7 days in advance and we will do our best to make a substitution. - All of our menus are subject to slight seasonal changes, as we strive to use the freshest ingredients possible (side and desserts approx. every 3-4 months). - If access to the room prior to the function is required for the purpose of decorating, etc, arrangments must be made in advance. The guest arrival time is the time you are permitted access to the room. To protect the interiors, only stand-alone decorations are permitte in the rooms. Nothing may be tacked or taped to walls or other surfaces. We request that the guests refrain from using confetti, rice, etc. Cleaning charge will be applied where applicable. - In the case where your event is held in one room of the venue; it is up to Sarcoa s discretion to open other areas of the event centre to other guests (unless a buyout or other agreement is in place). - Final number of guests must be confirmed 14 days before wedding date. - Bar will be open until 1am - Payment in cash, certified cheque or debit is due 7 days before wedding date. 3
