PRE-ORDER WINE LIST We offer an excellent selection of wines and Champagnes carefully selected from wine growers across the globe. Our team of knowledgeable wine experts would be delighted to discuss your requirements f this special occasion. Terms and Conditions: All Packages are subject to availability. All changes to a booking are to be confirmed in writing. All Christmas events require a deposit of 15 per person with remaining balance due 4 weeks pri to arrival date. All monies paid in advance are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be used to pay f any other goods services. Party ganisers are requested to infm everyone in the party of this policy. Any bookings made after Saturday 8th November 2014 require full payment. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. All Party Night bookings will require food and wine pre-ders 14 days pri to the event and any special dietry requests. To confirm your booking we will require the completed booking and deposit of 15 per person and will remain provisional until confirmed in writing by the hotel. Full balance to be paid 3 weeks pri to the party date. All prices and infmation were crect as of March 2014 and are subject to change without notice. The Management reserves the right to amalgamate parties move events to a smaller room to ensure optimum numbers. The Management reserves the right in unusual circumstances in case of under subscription to cancel re-arrange events. In this case an alternative date venue will be offered a full refund given. Under no circumstances should beverages be brought into the hotel by guests attending any of the events they will be charged ckage at the relevant ckage fee. Or, alternatively, the beverages will be held by the Hotel Management and returned to the guests after the event. All accommodation bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card number. The Management reserves the right to refuse admission and to esct a guest off the premises whose behaviour is inappropriate.
