The Joinery Gin & Tonic No.3 London Dry Gin mixed with Joinery own tonic water made from quinine and aromatics. Muddled with fresh green chilli, cucumber and a coriander garnish. Strawberry Mint Julep Buffalo Trace Bourbon whiskey, muddled with fresh strawberries, mint and a simple sugar syrup all topped with crushed ice. The Lady in Pink Cold-pressed fresh watermelon juice, Eristoff vodka, Cointreau and a dash of fresh lime. The Joinery Thyme Fizz Four Pillars Gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, egg white all shaken hard with thyme infused Cointreau.
