The Board recommended to Acting Mayor/Liquor Commissioner Maloney that all 33 establishments be issued its 2017 Liquor License. The Board also convened on December 5, 2016 after the City received two (2) additional applications the week of November 30. The City received one (1) new application for Silvers Bar & Grill and one (1) renewal application for Venus Restaurant. The Board recommended the issuance of 2017 Liquor Licenses for both establishments to Acting Mayor / Liquor Commissioner Maloney. (MODIFIED) 2016 - ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AVAILABLE LIQUOR LICENSES FOR 2017 FOR THE CITY OF PARK RIDGE, ILLINOIS WHEREAS, the Local Liquor Control Commissioner / Acting Mayor Marty Maloney ( Liquor Commissioner ) and the Liquor License Review Board convened on November 21, 2016 and December 5, 2016 to review Liquor License Applications submitted for the issuance of 2017 Liquor Licenses; and WHEREAS, the Liquor License Review Board reviewed a total of thirty-five (35) Liquor License Applications, recommending to the Liquor Commissioner the issuance of all Licenses effective on January 1, 2017, pursuant to the receipt of all requirements set forth by the application; and WHEREAS, the Liquor Commissioner accepted the recommendation of the Liquor License Review Board for the issuance of thirty-five (35) Liquor Licenses, as more particularly described below: Name Address Class Endorsements Affresco Restaurant 11 N. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARK RIDGE, ILLINOIS, IN EXERCISE OF ITS HOME RULE AUTHORITY, AS FOLLOWS: The Corporate Authorities of the City of Park Ridge hereby exercise the authority described in Section 12-6-8 of the Park Ridge Municipal Code to establish by class, the following as the number of liquor licenses available for issuance for the year 2017: Class R 22 Class S 1 1 Class P 12
