All fd and beverage samples r traffic prmters brught in t the Sacrament Cnventin Center, Memrial Auditrium r The Cmmunity Theater must have apprval frm Classique Catering / Centerplate in writing prir t the event and adhere t the fllwing guidelines: Traffic Prmters If traffic prmters (i.e. cffee, bttled water, candy, ppcrn, etc.) are f a type that cmpetes with prducts vended by Classique Catering / Centerplate, the sampling cmpany/rganizatin must cntact Classique Catering / Centerplate t arrange an apprpriate buy-ut fee. Fd Strage, Delivery and Prductin Services If an rganizatin requires fd preparatin, heating, cld r dry strage, r ther kitchen services, arrangements must be made n later than 3 weeks in advance f the start f the event. Only Classique Catering / Centerplate staff may perfrm all preparatin/cking within the facility s prductin areas. Charges fr these services will be based n the requirements f the arrangements. Please cntact yur Catering Sales Representative fr mre infrmatin. Fr nn-beverage and fd vendrs, refrigerated, freezer and dry strage is available fr $30.00 per cubic ft, per day. Any special instructins fr the handling f refrigerated prduct must be prvided at the time f rder. Delivery f any type f fd and beverage prduct t the facility must be crdinated with yur Catering Sales Representative.
