Thank you for your interest in having an event with The Madison. When it comes to events, The Madison is as efficient as it is elegant. Whatever the function bridal shower, fundraiser, board meeting, christening, banquet, networking seminar, workshop, luncheon, dinner, conference, retirement or holiday party it will be enhanced by the magnificent space, remarkable food and convenient amenities of The Madison. Our event professionals are experienced and attentive. We pride ourselves on a high caliber of service. In addition to the following menus, we strive to create the perfect event within every budget. If you do not see something that would work for you event, please let us know. We are more than willing to work with each and every event to exceed your expectations. Deposit & Payments: A $250.00 non refundable deposit is required to secure a banquet room and menu prices. A 50% deposit is due (90) days prior to your event. If your event is less than 60 days at the time of booking, a 50% deposit will be due. All events must be paid in full (7) business days prior to the event. Any event with a consumption bar must have a credit card on file, and the credit card will be charged the day of the event if the consumption bar is not paid by another method. Gratuity and Sales Tax: All banquet menus prices are subject to a 20% taxable service charge and 6.625% New Jersey sales tax. Final Guarantees: Final counts are due (10) business days prior to your event. Plated entrees require a count of each entree (7) business days prior to your event. If your event count drops more than 20% of your original estimated guest count, you may be subject to food and beverage minimums. Linens: All events come with standard white or ivory linen with a napkin color of your choice. Room Fees: Any event with a food & beverage total less than $750 will be subject to a $300 room rental fee.
