Please ensure you are aware of the following before confirming your booking: 1. The minimum number of guests required for your Wedding Breakfast (January Nov) is 50 adults. Should your numbers fall below this, you will be charged for 50 adults and a 500.00 room hire surcharge. 2. The minimum number of guests required for your Wedding Breakfast (December) is 85 adults. Should your numbers fall below this, you will be charged for 85 adults and a 500.00 room hire surcharge. 3. Children are classed as follows: a. 0 8 years Special 2 course child menu. b. 8 14 years Child. c. Over 14 Adult. 4. The evening buffet is not included in the package price and is priced separately. 5. All Wedding Receptions must include an evening buffet or a room hire charge may be opted for if preferred. Room hire will be calculated based on the actual number of guests and the month in which the event falls. 6. The hire of the civil ceremony room is for the duration of the ceremony only. (This room will not be available for use after the ceremony.) 7. Ceremonies planned in the Summer House will automatically have St Andrews reserved in case of unsuitable weather. Witney Lakes Resort will make the final decision on the day of the wedding as to the location of the wedding based on the weather. 8. Confetti is allowed on the grounds as long as it is biodegradable. Foil confetti is only permitted as table decoration. 9. Sky lanterns and candles are not permitted. 10. The use of The Restaurant for arrival drinks is only available after 3pm. For an earlier arrival, you will be directed straight to the Patio/Function Suite. 11. All food and beverages are to be supplied by Witney Lakes Resort. (Excluding favours and wedding cake) 12. The tables are set with white linen cloths. 13. The use of a private bar in The Function Suite is included in your package costs along with all staff costs. Additional staff gratuity is at the discretion of the clients. 14. Once you have made your provisional booking, you will be sent a booking letter, a full list of Terms and Conditions and an acceptance form. A non refundable deposit of 1000.00 along with a signed acceptance form must then be forwarded to us within 14 days. 15. In the event of a cancellation, the following charges apply: a. Cancellation of a confirmed booking more than 12 months notice, loss of deposit. b. Less than 6 months notice, 100% of estimated income. c. Less than 9 months but more than 6 months notice, 75% of estimated income. d. Less than 12 months but more than 9 months notice, 50% of estimated income. 16. The final balance is required 28 days in advance of the event. 17. All prices include VAT. 18. Wedding Insurance is recommended.
