World of ong Concert Beech class performed exceptionally well last night at the Great Hall in Exeter University. They represented Austria and sang a medley of songs from the ound of usic. any thanks go to r Curtis for the musical arrangement; iss Brooks for the hard work practising the songs and Helen ildon for the choreography. A huge thank you goes to the children of Beech Class who sang with such joy and great gusto. We are very, very proud of them. Important Library Changes ue to a change in our library systems, we ask that you bring all library books back to school after Easter by Friday 17 th April. The chools Library ervice will want to recover 200 of its own books from our system. It will be assumed that any books not returned by families will either have to be replaced or paid for. We thank you in advance for you cooperation and we apologise for any inconvenience. We are very grateful to the PTA for contributing towards the upkeep of the computer system. The sun shone all morning, there was much happy munching of bacon rolls and drinking of tea, browsing of the stalls, enjoyment of the raffle and tombola and intense searching for the 'name sticks' hidden around the school playgrounds! Oh, and don't forget the chocolate... We are delighted to let you know that we raised 553.79, which is a fabulous amount. We are always interested to hear suggestions and ideas about how to allocate the monies raised so please either speak to a member of the Committee or come along to the next planning meeting, which will be on onday 20th April at The Half oon Inn, 7.15pm.
