Our Story created by the Okanagan Valley OAK + CRU Social Kitchen & Wine Bar is the vibrant hub of the downtown cultural district. Our signature Fire Deck oven provides the anchor for the menu content. Every menu item is inspiring and modern in craft, pairing perfectly with the valley s best vintages. Experience a journey through the 300+ Okanagan wineries by sampling a glass from our barrel to tap wines, or select a bottle based on the unique appellations of the valley. Engage with one of our Craftenders about their crafted cocktails. How they use the honey from our OAK + CRU hives, locally made kombucha and how to meld those flavours into a delicious cocktail. The culinary team is led by Executive Chef Iain Rennie, core member of Culinary Team Canada who achieved two gold and a silver medal at the 2016 Culinary Olympics. OAK + CRU was designed by world-class designers mackaywong who have designed some of Canada s top restaurants and bars such as Montecito Restaurant and Wayne Gretzky s in Toronto.
