Introduction Docteur Gab s beer will never run dry as it springs from an inexhaustible source - strong friendship. In January 2001, three friends found their curiosity piqued by brewing and were inspired to take their first faltering steps in beer production. The venture did not stop there and every year the quality and professionalism of the business has gone from strength to strength. The brewery was established in 2012 on a site known as Claie-aux-Moines and now employs fifteen staff, all driven by the same passion: to offer distinctive craft beers full of body and spirit. In 2016, the brewery celebrates its 15 th anniversary. You could say it s a business with plenty of bottle! Houleuse White Beer, 5% Opaque and intriguing, this wheat beer possesses a subtle bitterness that gives way to a light and fruity taste. Pépite Pale Ale, 4.8% Golden pale ale with the flavour of fragrant hops, Pépite is pleasantly bitter and mellow-bodied. Tempête Triple Pale Ale, 8% Rich pale ale bursting with natural ingredients, this beer brilliantly combines strength and a fully-rounded flavour. Chameau Amber Ale, 7% A subtle blend of three malts and one distinctive yeast gives this ale its complex body and fruity flavours. Ipanema India Pale Ale, 6% This IPA begins by revealing a fruity, hop-filled aroma that appeals to the nose, followed by an uncompromising bitterness that is long on finish. Ténébreuse Stout, 6% This lively stout draws its coffee aroma and dark colour from the barley roasting process.
Seasonal beers Crockus: Spring brew Red Ale, 6% With its glowing colour and smoky flavour, Crockus distils all the freshness of spring. Cascade: Summer brew Pale Ale, 5% The full-on taste of summer, Cascade has the heady aromas of exotic fruits. Bitter base notes make for a really thirst-quenching experience. Farandole: Autumn brew Bitter Red Ale, 6% Coppery-toned Farandole makes a bold bitter statement underscored by malty chocolate flavours. Casanière: Winter brew Dark Christmas Ale, 10% Generous malty flavours combine with liquorice and cinnamon for the perfect companion on long winter evenings.

Draught beer and equipment: Types of draught beers: We offer Houleuse, Pépite, Tempête, Chameau and Ipanema on draught as well as others on request. Kegs: Our standard keg is 20 litres. We also have some 15-litre kegs available depending on stocks. Beer dispenser: We offer the use of a 1 or 2-tap beer dispenser free of charge. We have a limited number available and advise booking a few weeks in advance. Gas cylinder: We provide a gas cylinder for use with the dispenser. Collecting equipment: Kegs and dispenser can be collected from the brewery, preferably during opening hours: Wednesday 4 pm to 6 pm, Thursday 5 pm to 7 pm and Saturday 10 am to 2 pm. Prior arrangements can be made for collection outside these hours. Setting up equipment: Full explanations are given when equipment is collected from the brewery. We also provide instructions on using the beer dispenser and will happily answer any queries.
