Fantuzzi, CGCS Golf Course Superintendent gcfantuzzi@embarqmail.com SERVICE STAFF GRATUITY An automatic 18% gratuity is applied to all food and beverage items. This gratuity is used to offset compensation for the food and beverage staff, including kitchen staff. Our servers are compensated using a higher hourly rate than most restaurant service staff. The reason for this is during the off-season the higher hourly rate helps the service staff to maintain financial stability while reducing turnover. The automatic 18% gratuity does not go directly to the server that waited on your table. If you would like to leave gratuity specifically for your server, simply write a dollar amount on your guest check in the space provided or you may also leave cash. If you leave additional gratuity on your guest check, it will be available to them on their next paycheck. MISSION STATEMENT The mission of the Carlisle Country Club is to provide the membership with a quality golf and social experience.
