Additional information FOOD GUARANTEE We need your assistance in making your event a success. Your attendance must be specified three business days in advance. This will be considered your minimum guarantee, not subject to reduction, for which you will be charged should less attend. If the hotel does not receive your guaranteed count by this time, you will be charged for the full amount of guests that the event was booked for. With the exception of buffets and split menus, we are prepared to set and serve 5% over this minimum guarantee. FOOD AND BEVERAGE HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY To ensure the safety of our guests, all food and beverage must be purchased from and consumed on the hotel premises.
