Venue Information At GPO Sydney we felt that the center of the city lacked a pure Spanish restaurant and tapas bar that stayed true to Spanish cuisine, wine and culture. To this end we have created Postales Restaurante and Tapas Bar to offer traditional Spanish food in a relaxed setting. The cuisine focuses on amazing seafood, meat and vegetarian dishes that have been Spanish favourites forever. Escape from the city rush and enter a Spanish hideaway where the surroundings are warm and welcoming with rich red infused walls and soft Spanish melodies surrounding you. Faithful to the most authentic flavours of Spain and serving only the finest recipes, our Head Chef has created a menu suitable for corporate entertaining and ideal for large group bookings. Additional Information POSTALES Reservation and Deposit The booking is confirmed only when the booking form has been signed in acceptance of the terms and conditions and returned with credit card details whereby a deposit will be required. Final Function Details Final confirmation of the number of guests is required 72 hours prior and you will be charged for that number. Please note the account must be settled on the day and we do not accept cheque. Cancellation If a cancellation occurs after deposit has been made GPO Sydney will not refund the deposit. We will however keep the deposit (3 months maximum) which can be transferred to another date. General Should your party be required to leave by a designated time please mention this when making your booking. GPO Sydney will provide individual menus and place cards for your guests complete with company logos and personalised message at no additional cost. GPO Sydney can provide florist services on request. The client is responsible for the conduct of the client s guests and indemnifies the restaurant for all costs, expenses; damage and loss caused by any act by the client or the clients guests.
