Terms and Conditions All alterations to a booking are to be confirmed in writing. All party night bookings will be treated as provisional for 7 days. A deposit of 10.00 per person will be required to secure your booking. Full pre-payment is required no later than 4 weeks prior to the event date. Any bookings made after this date will require full immediate payment. Payments can be made over the phone by credit or debit card. Alternatively, should you wish to send a cheque, please make it payable to Red Rum Operating Company and remember 1 cheque per booking with your name and the date of the event clearly marked on the back of the cheque. Cash can be taken only at the Hotel Reception. If any booking is cancelled after the Deposit or full payment has been paid then no refunds will be given and no payments can be transferred. Prices quoted are inclusive of 20% VAT at the time of booking and are subject to alteration should the VAT rate change. All prices and information were correct at the time of going to press and are subject to change without notice. Rates published in the brochure cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount, including menus. Party night accommodation bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card number. All accounts must be settled on departure. The hotel will allow bedroom cancellations up to 4pm on the day of arrival. The management reserves the right in unusual circumstances or in case of under subscription to cancel or re-arrange events. In this case an alternative date will be offered or a full refund offered. The management reserves the right to refuse admission and to escort a guest off the premises whose behaviour is inappropriate. Dress code for all events is smart casual. No jeans, trainers or caps. If the hotel is prevented or hindered from carrying out its obligations hereunder by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including (without prejudice to the generality the foregoing) government intervention, strikes, labour disputes, accidents, Acts of God, national disasters or war, then the hotel s liability to the client shall be no greater than the respect of the function.
