SHOCK TOP LEMON SHANDY Brewed with two-row and six-row malted barley and five different types of hops, natural lemonade flavor and a hint of sugar for a subtle sweetness, the end result of this shandy is an incredibly refreshing, crisp and smooth beer that hits the spot. CHIMAY BLUE CAP The Chimay Blue Cap, baptized Grand Reserve, is a dark Trappist beer with a powerful aroma, the complex flavor of which improves across the years. It was first brewed as a Christmas beer. This authentic Belgian beer, whose tinge of fresh yeast is associated with a light rosy flowery touch, is particularly pleasant. CHIMAY TRIPLE The Chimay Triple, last-born of the Abbey, is labeled Cinq Cents. Of a golden color, the Trappist beer combines sweet and bitter in a rare balance. The beer s aroma felt in the mouth comes from the hops perfumes: above all they are the fruity touches of Muscat grapes and raisins, even ripe apples. TRAPPISTES ROCHEFORT 6 RED CAP Rochefort Trappist 6 is named after is original gravity measured in Belgian degrees (a brewing scale no longer used today). Reddish-brown in color with amber-gold highlights, this Belgian ale s soft body leads to earthy flavors and an herbal character. A refined, soft spiciness in the bouquet finishes with a bit of caramel. ORVAL TRAPPIST Brewed and bottle-conditioned at Notre Dame d Orval monastery, founded around 1070 AD in the pastoral Belgian countryside, Orval Trappist is a vintagedated and unique beer that can be cellared up to five years. Three different malts, two types of hops, Belgian candi sugar, complex fermentation with multiple yeasts, dry-hopping and bottle conditioning all contribute to great character and complexity. LAGUNITAS IPA The recipe for this beer was formulated with malt and hops working together to balance it all out on your buds so you can knock back more than one without wearing yourself out. Big on the aroma with a hoppy-sweet finish that ll leave you wanting another sip. LAGUNITAS LIL SUMPIN SUMPIN A truly unique style featuring a strong hop finish on a silky body, this filtered pale wheat ale is great for both IPA and wheat beer fans. LA 31 BOUCANÉE Smoked meat is incredibly important to Louisiana cooking. Andouille, tasso and smoked pork sausage are used to flavor so many of Acadiana s signature dishes. Boucanée uses cherry-wood smoked wheat to craft a surprisingly delicious and unique ale. A cold glass of Boucanée enhances the taste of many local dishes, whether smoked or not.
