Lunch option 7 - $32 per person USA style BBQ buffet Southern Cornbread cooked in our wood fired oven, and so good. Smoked BBQ Chicken marinated in our lip smackin BBQ sauce for 24 hours, slow smoked to perfection and finished on the grill. (The hickory wood smoking process adds a slightly pink colour to our chicken) Pulled Pork slow smoked until it's fork-tender, and tossed in our special sauce.
