If you go with the exclusive option, there is an additional fee of 4,000, this is for private use of Offley Place main house from 12pm until midnight and includes all 16 bedrooms. If guests paid for their own bedrooms 2,025 would be deducted from the exclusive fee, reducing the exclusive use to only 1,975.This fee is in addition to the non-exclusive fee from above. Please note other events could take place in any of the other function suites across the estate but guests would not have access to the main house. Please note Sunday 30 th December 2018 would be charged at a Saturday December venue hire price.
