This number may increase after this time however should it decrease you will still be required to pay the agreed final number. TIMINGS: A fifteen (15) minute grace period is permitted with regard to arrival time. A minimum of 50% of the guest numbers attending must be present within the grace period, should you not arrive within the time frame Opera Kitchen reserves the right to release the table(s). CANCELLATION: All cancellations are to be made in writing. A minimum of three (3) business days notice must be given for all cancellations. Should your event be cancelled with less than three (3) business days notice then you will be charged the full amount of the food component of your bill (based on a minimum charge of $20.00 per person). PAYMENT: We will require payment of the food ONE week prior to your event, all outstanding monies must be settled at the end of your event, unless alternate arrangements have been made. CELEBRATION CAKES: We can provide a cake for your event if you wish, please advise if you would like to order a cake and we will supply the price and type of cake we can offer. We will require (3) days notice if you would like to order a cake. Once you have chosen your cake we will process the payment of the amount selected.
