Forni di Sopra, Dolomites it was all born here. And here it will go on, developing between experimentation and application at the service of this ancient art. At our Brewing Lab, 2.500 wort liters per day capability, we create several Beer Specialities, with no compromise in the selection of the best raw material available. No option for microfiltration, pasteurization or other artificies which would improve Beer shelf life but at same time decrease organolectic characteristics and freshness. Craft Beer is a drop of Nature, gives its better when freshness is respected, through attention towards service and conservation, drink it responsibly and support your Local Brewery.
