WINTER GIFT PACKS ESTRELLA INEDIT DAMM CONTAINS 6 x 330ml + 2 Glasses NEW FOR 2016 INEDIT DAMM (4.8 % ABV) Created in 2008 in collaboration with elbulli Head Chef Ferran Adria. It has been specifically designed to pair and compliment fine foods of a wide variety. It s versatility allows it to happily accompany bittersweet and spicy flavours. Brewed with wheat and barley malt, the flavours are accentuated with coriander, orange peel and liquorice. 4 ST BERNADUS CONTAINS 4 x 330ml + Glass NEW FOR 2016 PATER 6 (6.7% ABV) Easy-drinking abbey dubbel, chestnut coloured, fruity with notes of fresh melon/banana. Slight bitterness to finish. PRIOR 8 (8.0% ABV) Ruby coloured Dubbel. Smooth, creamy texture and a malt complexity that finds the perfect balance. ABT 12 (10.0% ABV) Their standout. DELIRIUM CHRISTMAS CONTAINS 4 x 330ml + Glass [6 Per Outer] Deep dark red colour, with a light, compact and lacing head. Soft fruity aroma, with hints of almond and mildly sour cherries. Sweet and fruity flavour, with a nice balance between sweet and sour. An excellent dessert beer. (10% ABV) 2. DELIRIUM TREMENS CONTAINS 4 x 330ml Delirium Tremens + Glass [6 Per Outer] Pale blonde beer with a fine, stable head and unique character from 3 different kinds of yeast. WINTER GIFT PACKS CONTAINS 1 x 75cl Deus + 2 Glass [6 per outer] DEUS (11.5% ABV) Mixing beer and champagne is usually a recipe for disaster (so we re told) but Deus is a revolutionary taste sensation. This potent yet elegant brew is matured in the Champagne region of France, and is fermented similarly to bubbly. Once bottled it s left in a cellar to age for 9 months at 12C and is even tilted and rotated, champers-style, before the cork is inserted. It tastes amazing in a hoppy, fizzy way think Dom Perignon meets Duvel. Not intended to be glugged like lager, Deus is more an aperitif - refined but with a powerful kick in the tail that demands respect.

Take care with the pour as there can be some sediment in the full tasting spicy brew with ginger, orange peel, liquorice and dandelions! BARBAR WINTER BOK 24x330ml NRB abv 8% Solid and expressive with a base in malt, soft wheat and honey. Honeyed and spicey, with fruit, malt and chocolate notes. BR DE LA SENNE WINTER MESS 24x330ml NRB ABV 8.5% Brasserie De La Senne is 2 passionate brewers from Brussels. They honour traditional brewing methods unfiltered, unpasteurised, free of additives and using only high quality ingredients. Winter Mess is an unfiltered dark ale with a complex flavour and well distinguished character, BUSH NOEL 24x330ml NRB ABV 12% Limited edition, amber-red beer from the use of caramel malt, it s sweet with a pleasant flavour of hops. Indeed, the brewer uses a traditional process which consists of placing hop flowers in the vats where the beer rests for four to six weeks, by which time it will have reached full maturity.

Sweet and fruity flavour, with a nice balance between sweet and sour. All in all this special Delirium offering makes an excellent dessert beer. EINSTOCK DOPPELBOCK 24x330ml NRB ABV 6.7% LIMITED AVAILABILTY Limited-edition winter brew hailing from Icelandic shores. Malted barley and chocolate tones define the traditional style, while the robust aroma and long, mellow finish will make this the perfect companion for your holiday adventures. GAULOISE CHRISTMAS 24x330ml RB ABV 8.1% THE winter beer! The beer is brown with a dark ruby red tinge; clear, lively with a fine-bubbled, generous, white head. A rich, balanced aroma, with a hint of coriander in the flavour. Full bodied on the palate, with a slightly bitter aftertaste

BOTTLES GORDONS XMAS 24x330ml RB ABV 8.8% The real beer for Father Christmas" originally brewed at the time of the WW1 for British servicemen & the Belgians got a taste for it. Gordon Xmas initiated the tradition of Christmas brews. Strong dark & malty beer with a deep roasted malt flavour, perfect for festivities. GOUDEN CAROLUS CHRISTMAS 24x330ml NRB ABV 10.5% For the Christmas and New Year festivities the Gouden Carolus range is now extended to include this seriously heavy strong brown ale. Het Anker are thus rekindling a long lost tradition from the days of yore when they marketed Cardinal Christmas and Anker Christmas. LEFFE XMAS 24x330ml RB ABV 6.6% Leffe Christmas is an amber coloured Christmas beer. It has a thick, creamy white head and a rich and fruity flavour, with some distinct hints of spices. It has a warming aftertaste and it goes well together with most Christmas dishes. LIEFMANS GLUHRIEK 12x75cl NRB ABV 6% Liefmans Glühkriek is a beer matured in cherries, flavoured with spices and sugar but is a little bit special based on ceremony alone. Heat it up and serve like mulled wine/gluhwein & enjoy the Christmassy aromas that will develop in the process too.

BOTTLES N ICE CHOUFFE 24x330ml NRB ABV 10% N Ice CHOUFFE is a strong, brown beer that will warm you in the depths of winter. It s a spicy brew (thyme and curaçao) and tinged with hops, making for a very balanced beer. It is unfiltered and undergoes a secondary fermentation whilst in the bottle. ST BERNADUS CHRISTMAS 24x330ml NRB abv 10% In the classic 'Quadrupel' abbey style, this holds the signature aroma of their house yeast strain and rivals the complexity of Abt 12. It offers a spicy, mint-like profile as well as warming alcohol, fermented molasses, apricots, licorice and marzipan. Perfect for a cold winter evening. PERE NOEL 24x330ml NRB ABV 7% Different from many other Christmas ales, this one is amber-coloured, alcohol strong and tastes quite bitter. The complex taste is completed with the addition of liquorice. In the recipe we can also find pale malt, Munich malt, Caramel malt, Brewers Gold hops and Hallertau hops. ST FEUILLIEN CUVEE NOEL 24x330ml NRB abv 9% Dark ruby brown with a generous head and intense aroma. Full-bodied and smooth from caramel malts, St Feuillien Cuvée de Noël has a very subtle bitterness that is the dominant flavour in this harmonious ale, striking a perfect balance between all the different ingredients.

BOTTLES AECHT SCHLENKERLA EICHE 20x500ml NRB ABV 8% - GERMANY Using malt kilned with Oak wood rather than the Beech for Rauchbier for a complex smokiness and Hallertau hops for multi-faceted bitterness. Matures for months in the deep brewery cellars underneath Bamberg into a special treat for smoke beer lovers. FLENSBURGER WINTERBOCK 24x330ml NRB ABV 7% This winter special is a robustly spicy, rich and flavoursome strong beer with a pleasantly mild taste. It s a full-bodied speciality and a delight on dark days and frosty nights to help keep the pipes warm! ERDINGER SCHNEEWEISSE 12X500ml NRB ABV 5.6% Schneeweisse or Snow White comes with a slightly darker colour and a slightly higher alcohol content than what is found with the classic Erdinger Weissbier. With its content of fine yeast', the 'winter brew' offers a really pleasant change at the coldest time of the year. SCHNEIDER EISBOCK 24x330ml NRB abv 12% This mahogany, near black, Eisbock is strong in alcohol, aroma and flavour with fruit, almonds and marzipan amongst the nuances to be found. Full and warming, it can be enjoyed as a digestif but remains in a class of its own when enjoyed by itself.

BOTTLES BREWDOG SANTA PAWS 24x330ml NRB ABV 4.5% - UK ARRAN SLEEPING WARRIOR 12X330ml NRB ABV 8.3% A style of strong ale originating in England that was normally kept for the aristocracy. The use of the word wine is due to its similar alcoholic strength of a fine wine, However since it is made from grain rather than fruit it is in fact, a Beer! WBA - UK s best Dark Barley Wine 2015. The second of our two Brewdog Winter specials, this one is a decadent scotch ale that gets brewed with Scottish Heather Honey. The result is a robust malty beer packed with flavour - and all at a strength you can drink all day long! BREWDOG HOPPY CHRISTMAS 24X330ml NRB ABV 7.2% Bringing you a Green Christmas green from flurries of hop flakes. Crunch through crisp, sparkling drifts that release billows of fruity flavour: pineapple, citrus and papaya and imply raise a glass of this festive IPA as we wish you a very hoppy Christmas. BURTON BRIDGE FESTIVE PORTER 12x500ml NRB ABV 4.5% Bottle conditioned, Burton Bridge Festive Porter was originally brewed as 'something different' for a small beer festival but has now become a regular beer of the brewery's portfolio. A dark fruity beer with a distinctively bitter after-taste on the palate.

BOTTLES COTLEIGH RED NOSED REINBEER 12x500ml NRB ABV 5% From Cotleigh Brewery in Somerset, this is a dark mahogany beer with a lot of berry fruits and malt on the nose. It has a good creamy mouth-feel and initial notes of sweet figs and plump raisins but cut through with some astringent hop flavours and leading to a rich peat smoke finish. HOOK NORTON TWELVE DAYS 12x500ml NRB ABV 5.5% Twelve Days is a dark brown strong beer brewed for Christmas. A finely balanced ale, lightly hopped with a strong malt and nutty flavour.
