Blueberry Lemonade 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 2 cups water 1 pint fresh blueberries 1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice 1. First make a simple syrup by combining 1 cup sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the mixture boils. Lower the heat and allow the syrup to simmer for another minute. Remove from heat and let cool. 2. In a blender or food processor, puree the blueberries with 2 tablespoons of sugar. 3. In a pitcher, combine the cooled syrup, lemon juice and blueberry puree. 4. To serve, pour 1/4 to 1/3 cup of base into a glass and fill with water. Serves 12
Cherry Punch 4 cups cherry juice blend, chilled 1 liter ginger ale, chilled ice 5. Just before serving, combine cherry juice blend with the ginger ale in a large punch bowl. 6. Add ice and serve immediately.
Cranberry Cooler 1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade 4 cups cold water 1 (16 oz.) bottle cranberry juice cocktail 1/4 cup Tang orange drink powder Ice cubes Mint to garnish 1. Prepare limeade with water in a large pitcher. 2. Stir in cranberry juice and Tang powder. 3. Pour over ice cubes in tall glasses. Garnish with a sprig of mint. Serves 4
Cranberry Martini 2 ounces vodka 1/2 ounce cranberry liqueur or 2 ounces cranberry juice Fresh cranberries for garnish 4. Pour the first two ingredients into a cocktail shaker or mixing glass with 2 ice cubes. 5. Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass. 6. Float 2-3 cranberries in the glass for garnish. Serves 1
Cranberry Punch 2 cups cranberry juice 2 cups pineapple juice 1 cup orange juice ¾ cup triple sec (optional) 1 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced 1 lime, thinly sliced 4 cups ginger ale 7. In a large container, combine all ingredients except for the ginger ale and chill thoroughly. 8. Just before serving, slowly stir in the ginger ale. Transfer to a punch bowl and add ice. Serves 10
Key Lime Martini 1 1/2 oz. key lime liquor 1 1/2 oz. vanilla vodka 1/3 oz. Rose's lime juice 1/3 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice 1 1/2 oz. half and half 1. Coat the rim of a chilled cocktail glass with lime and a mixture of 2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers and 1 tablespoons sugar (place on a flat plate. ) Set glass aside. 2. Mix drink ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously and pour into martini glass. Serves 1

Orange Sports Drink 1 package of unsweetened orange Kool Aid 2 quarts cold water 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup orange juice 2. Mix all the ingredients together. Serve chilled or over ice. Serves 8
Organic Mojito 4 organic mint leaves 2 teaspoons organic sugar 1 ounce fresh organic lime juice 2 ounces organic rum splash of seltzer sprig of mint and slice of lime for garnish 1. Lightly muddle the mint, sugar, lime juice and rum in the bottom of a tall glass using a wooden spoon. 2. Once the mint is crushed and the sugar is dissolved, strain into an ice filled cocktail shaker. 3. Shake vigorously for 5 seconds. 4. Fill the glass with crushed ice, and strain the drink into the glass. Add a splash of seltzer and garnish with a slice of lime and a fresh mint leaf. Serves 1
Pineapple Rum Punch 2 large cans unsweetened pineapple juice 1 large can frozen pink lemonade 1 (75lml) bottle light rum 1. Mix all ingredients; freeze. Stir every half hour. 2. To serve, thaw it like a slush. You may then add Seven-Up if you like. Serves 6

Sherbet Punch 1/2 gallon of rainbow sherbet 2 (2-liter bottles) 7-Up or Ginger Ale 1 can frozen orange juice 1. Slowly pour the soda with the frozen orange juice. 2. Float the sherbet in the punch and let it melt. Serves 8-10
Sun Tea 4 Tea bags 1 1/2 quarts Cold water 1/2 cup sugar (use more or less depending on how sweet you like your tea) 1 lemon, sliced 3. Place the tea bags in a two quart clear glass container. Add 1 1/2 quarts of cold water. Cover. Let stand in full sun for about 3 hours or until desired strength. 4. Remove tea bags and put the lemon slices and sugar into the tea. Serve over ice or refrigerate. Serves 6-8
SoCo Punch 2 1/2 cups Southern Comfort 6 oz. real lemon juice 16 oz. frozen orange juice 2 (6 oz.) cans frozen lemonade 2 1/4 cups 7-Up (1 liter bottle) 5. Mix the first 4 ingredients together. 6. Add the 7-Up. Serves 6
Watermelon Lemonade 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup water 2 cups peeled, seeded and diced watermelon 1 cup fresh lemon juice 1 quart carbonated water 1. Bring sugar and 1/4 cup water to boil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. 2. Press watermelon through a fine wire-meshed strainer with the back of a spoon, into a bowl, discarding pulp. 3. Combine watermelon juice, sugar syrup and lemon juice in a 2 quart pitcher. Chill. 4. Add carbonated water to juice mixture just before serving. Serves 4-6
White Sangria 3 oranges, finely sliced 4 lemons, finely sliced 4 limes, finely sliced 1 1/2 cups sugar 1/2 cup tequila 1 bottle dry white wine, chilled 1 bottle champagne, chilled 2 cups club soda 1. Place oranges, lemons, and limes in a large bowl, serving pitcher or jug. 2. Pour the sugar over the fruit. Add the tequila to the fruit mixture and mix gently. Let soak overnight if possible, at least a few hours. 3. Add lots of ice to punch bowl. Pour in white wine and right before serving, add champagne and club soda. Serves 12
