Winter Wedding Packages Saturday s available at Friday Rate with a minimum of 80 guests. Friday s in January-March available at Sunday Rate with a minimum of 70 guests. 2018 Special Services Wedding on Site Indoor or Outdoor Ceremony Includes; white folding chairs, signing table, and a 1 hour rehearsal. Photos on the grounds. 2016/2017 General Information 1. Minimum of 100 persons on Saturday GUARANTEED 2. $1000.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT 3. Nine (9) months before your wedding date, a further deposit of 25% ($2500) of the amount based on your estimated number of guests is required, and then Six (6) months before, a further deposit of 25% ($2500) is required. 4. Final arrangements and payment three weeks prior to the function date. 5. No CONFETTI, BIRD SEED or RICE or GLOW STICKS (rose petals must be real) $200.00 minimum clean-up fee will apply when deemed necessary 6. Candles must be battery operated. 7. In order to comply with the Liquor Laws of Ontario, spirits, wine and beer will only be served as prescribed by the LCBO. As a result, any unauthorized alcohol will be confiscated and charged back to the wedding party at corkage prices. This includes table gifts of wine or alcohol. 8. No outside catering or food allowed. (Wedding cake excluded) 9. Other services (disc jockey, cake, flowers) are allowed in the hall after 12:00 noon on the day of the wedding. 10. No smoking in the main hall, bridal room and in the lounge. Smoking in designated areas, outdoors. 11. Prices subject to change. 12. A date may be held for seven days only. If not confirmed by deposit within the seven days, the date will no longer be held. 13. Cancellations must be in writing. 14. Hall closes at 1:00am. 15. Disc Jockey is finished playing music at 12:30. 16. Fireworks not permitted on the property. 17. We do not provide food tastings, we only host one wedding a day, and we are booked all year round, which does not provide us the space to provide this. 18. A 2% surcharge will be placed on all credit card payments.

We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the facility that is intoxicated or consuming illegal substances including marijuana. (by taking a cab or with a designated driver) We reserve the right to refuse entry into the facility if deemed necessary. Smoking only permitted in designated areas. (New Ontario laws do not permit it in licenced areas) We have read and agree with the above legalities and understand it also is our responsibility as per our contract agreement with Trillium Trails to ensure that all guests abide by these rules and regulations as well as provide transportation when required for intoxicated drivers.
