TERMS & CONDITIONS Set Menus can be offered to groups of between 8 to 40 guests. For parties of 15 or more guests, food and drink pre-orders are required one week prior to the event date. While we endeavour to cater for all requests, the location of your table is at the manager s discretion. Group sizes that do not reach the capacity listed for each area, may be sharing the space with other diners. For less than 15 guests, diners may choose from the set menu or from the a la carte menu. The set menu and the a la carte cannot be mixed for guests. Food and beverages will be charged to one bill which must be settled on the night. A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your final bill. A menu with all listed allergen is available on request. DEPOSIT For 8 to 24 guests, a credt card number will be kept on-file to confirm the booking. If the booking is not cancelled at least one week prior to the event or if the table does not show up, a 25.00 per guest fee will be charged to the card. For 25 or more guests, a non-refundable deposit of 25.00 per guest will be required. The deposit will be credited towards the final bill. TIMINGS Mayfair Pizza Co. has two sittings for lunch and dinner. After the listed times, tables must be returned and may be rebooked.
