BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS All function bookings are subject to availability. You are welcome to bring your own decorations and lolly bags. It is the customers responsibility to remove all decorations from the venue at the completion of the event. A $100 excess cleaning fee will be charged if an unreasonable amount of decorations or general mess is left in the space. All catering choices must be finalised 10 days prior to the event. Full payment for the total of all catering choices (or the agreed minimum spend if this amount is higher) is required 48 hours prior to the event as well as any applicable room hire fee. If any guests have special dietary requirements, we must be notified at the time that catering choices are finalised (10 days prior to event) No food is to be brought into the venue with the exception of a birthday cake. Please note that we charge a $10 cakeage fee per cake. Food cannot be taken away from the venue. Our Functions Manager will work with you to help plan and execute your party so that our peak periods do not impact on your experience.
