RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS & FEES Joe s Seafood, Prime Steak and Stone Crab requires a signed contract and credit card authorization to reserve a private room. Each room has a required food and beverage minimum which may vary based on room and date. The food and beverage minimum is the total that must be spent prior to tax, gratuity and the event fee. A 3% event fee is added to all food & beverage. METHODS OF PAYMENT All final bills must be paid at the event conclusion via cash or credit card. Corporate checks are not accepted unless prior arrangements are made in advance with Joe s Management. Joe s provides one final bill at the event conclusion; guest are welcome to pay with amaximum of six credit cards. MENU SELECTIONS Our Private Dining Managers are happy to assist you in customizing a menu to suit your dining needs. Menu selections are requested two weeks prior to the event. BEVERAGE OPTIONS Beer, wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages are charged upon consumption. Groups are requested to pre-select one red and white wine at least one week prior to event. Please note all wines are limited in quantity; availability cannot be guaranteed. GUARANTEED GUEST COUNT The final guest count is due three business days before the event. PARKING Joe s offers valet parking for $12 per car on H Street beginning at 6pm nightly. Valet parking is not applied to the food and beverage minimum. THE GIGI ROOM The Gigi Room combines the Gigi North and the Gigi South Rooms to create our largest, completely private space. The room can accommodate seated dining for up to 112 guests or a cocktail reception for up to 150. THE BOARDROOMS The Boardrooms are the ideal setting for breakfast meetings, high-powered lunches and intimate business dinners. Both rooms feature custom walnut and mahogany tables and are furnished with comfortable leather chairs. Each room is completely private and offers 65 flat screen monitors with HDMI connectivity or DirectTV access.
