LOOKING FOR A RESTAURANT TO HOST YOUR NEXT EVENT? Mill Street Bar & Table is an American restaurant with a seasonally driven menu that embraces the bounty of the northeast land and sea. The kitchen celebrates regional cooking using peak-season ingredients from sustainable sources, including its own Back 40 Farm and restaurant gardens. Each item on our menu is made in-house. We invite you to plan your next event at our restaurant or choose us to cater to your home or office. MENU OPTIONS Focused on using locally grown seasonal ingredients, Mill Street Bar & Table offers a menu that is constantly evolving. Guests can choose to order ala carte off of our menu or create a multi-course menu that can be paired with beer, wine or a custom cocktail.

A WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT Located in the center of the Byram hamlet of Greenwich, Connecticut, Mill Street is adjacent to the Long Island Sound and the Byram River. Its casually elegant design is warm and welcoming throughout with two distinct dining rooms, a marble oyster bar, a full service bar, a refined private dining room and an outdoor patio. Influenced by the classic American tavern, Mill Street s historic restorations evoke an older neighborhood feel with sophisticated polish. BUYOUT OPTIONS Mill Street Bar & Table offers full and partial buyouts as well as a private dining room. Reservations are available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner events. PRIVATE DINING ROOM Offering full-service dining for private and semi-private parties, the Private Dining Room is the perfect spot to host a business dinner, meeting or intimate gathering. Your guests will feel at home with the room s rustic barn wood tables and elegant finishes. Looking for a place to host your presentation? Our Private Dining Room offers an ideal space to speak to your group. The room is large enough to seat 20 people comfortably.

MAIN DINING ROOM Mill Street Bar & Table offers a full-service dining room for full and partial buyouts. Accommodating 24-60 guests comfortably, the Main Dining Room has window-side seating with views of Mill Street and an intimate back alcove with banquette seating. Paired with a reservation in our Barroom, guests can mingle with cocktails before sitting down for a multi-course meal. Our custom-made group menus and wine pairings will have guests engaged in both food and conversation.

CHEF S ROOM AND OYSTER BAR Available for cocktail receptions or full-service events, the Chef s Room and Oyster Bar creates a relaxed environment for guests looking for a more casual dining experience. With counter-height communal tables for dining and space for passed canapés and cocktails, the Chef s Room provides the perfect atmosphere for your birthday party, reunion, or corporate dinner. Include the Oyster Bar for a unique dining experience that includes full-service options. Parties of 28 can be accommodated comfortably for seated dinners and parties of 40-60 can enjoy the space for cocktail receptions.

BARROOM Located along Mill Street with its own private entrance, the Barroom is the perfect space for a cocktail party. Passed and stationary canapés are available for guests to enjoy while they sip on one of our signature cocktails. Beverage packages or by-consumption options are available based on the season and size of the event. Mill Street Bar & Table offers an expansive wine menu, craft cocktail list and a rotating selection of local beers on tap. Parties ranging from 20-50 guests will feel comfortable mingling in our warm and rustic space.

FARMS Chef Geoff Lazlo not only sources local and knows his farmer, but he is committed to discovering vendors in local communities within which he can grow new relationships and expand his sources. Despite opening Mill Street Bar & Table in Byram, the southern-most hamlet of Greenwich, he continues to travel to the Westport Farmers Market every Thursday to support and purchase from a group of farmers and suppliers that he has grown to trust and respects deeply. GEOFF LAZLO Managing Partner and Executive Chef, Mill Street Bar & Table Geoff s approach as a chef is heavily influenced by a community-minded spirit, close relationships with farmers and a decade spent working alongside a group of celebrated chefs Alice Waters at Chez Panisse, Dan Barber at Blue Hill at Stone Barns and Blue Hill, New York, and Michael Anthony at Gramercy Tavern. A third generation backyard farmer, Geoff began cultivating a garden in his own sandbox as a child. As a student at the Culinary Institute of America he established its first organic garden. Currently, Geoff grows and manages his plots of herbs and vegetables in the nearby Greenwich Community Gardens and in Mill Street s own mini-farm located next door to the restaurant. Moving back to Connecticut allowed Geoff to pursue the next step in his culinary career building his own community and establishing his own restaurant. As Executive Chef of LeFarm and The Whelk in Westport, he began laying the groundwork to open his own restaurant in Connecticut. Geoff met Bill King, owner of Back 40 Farm Group, at the perfect time; Bill was searching for a great chef and Geoff was looking for a partner. Their shared values of seasonality and community quickly led to the vision that became Mill Street. Geoff calls the opening of Mill Street with an organic farmer a dream come true.
