Milker is used as an umbrella brand generally for instant coffee and coffee alternatives as 3 in 1 s, mixed powdered products such as dessert premixes, baking ingredients,flour mixes etc. Orello is used mostly for instant fruit flavoured powder drinks. Brio cube is used for all stock cubes, powdered bouillons, ready soups and seasonings. Keyfi Sefa brand is mainly used for all kind of Turkish coffee products. Lastly Stoa is a new brand that is used for espresso coffee beans and ground coffees. Sözer Food Inc. is almost producing 50 different type of products over 200 barcodes at the moment and known as one of the most valuable Private Label products supplier in Turkey. Sözer Food Inc. keeps the product quality and hygiene at utmost level,and carries out it s manufacturing in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices by its 200 employees in 16.000 square meters including the warehouse. Sözer Food Inc. holds ISO 9001:2008, HALAL, BRC, KOSHER and Turkish Standards Institute certificates which shows the difference for food production. The factory is located in Esenyurt which is 25 km. away from İstanbul Atatürk Airport and 20 km. away from Ambarlı port. The plant has one of the highest tonnage in terms of production capacity in Turkey with each stage of the production such as milling, roasting, mixture, filling, packaging, storage and logistic processes are orderly and neatly performed. The firm which actively exports over 40 countries, rapidly improves its customer structure abroad, and takes its place on foreign markets.
