Details A nonrefundable 50% deposit is required at the signing of the contract to hold catering pricing. All menu prices are subject to change until catering deposit is paid. There is a $500.00 catering minimum. All prices are based on buffet style service. There is an additional $4/person fee for a served meal. Linen napkins come in a variety of colors and are $0.50 each. All items are subject to 8.25% Texas sales tax. All items are subject to a 12.00% banquet service charge No gratuity will be charged. If you wish to add a second entrée selection there will be a $4 charge per guest to offset the additional preparation and service staff required. Guarantee of minimum number of attendees is required 7 days prior to the event. Specialty menus are available upon request. Special menu items may require additional staff. The following charges may apply: Carver $45.00 per carver Cake cutter - $1.00 per person, $50 minimum price per cake. Includes disposable plate, napkin and stainless dessert fork. Please double if you want them to cut an additional cake, as well (i.e.: groom s cake).
