Welcome to Oktoberfeast - s Beer & Cider Festival 30th Sept - 02nd Oct 16 We have an exciting assortment of beers, not only from our local Channel Island breweries White Rock, Randalls and Liberation, but also from new and old breweries across the rest of the British Isles. In addition to all this beer, there will be a wide variety of ciders available from local cider maker Rocquette as well as cider from across the UK. All the products will be numbered so that you can find your way around the bar. The tasting notes in this brochure will also help point you in the direction of your preferred style and strength. Before we let you get going, we d like to say a huge thank you to everyone involved in making this year s festival a success. Please remember - Please do not drink and drive. Light Copper in colour. Pushang White Rock Brewery Pale ale. Light bodied with a slight honey-like sweetness. Pacifica hops give a subtle floral aroma. Hogshead White Rock Brewery IPA. Hop heavy; aromatic with complex citrus and pine flavours. A sustained, clean bitterness. Cow Tipper White Rock Brewery A malt fest. A crack team of roasted and crystal malts deliver distinct flavours of hazelnut and toffee. Fat bodied. Restrained hopping. Red Eye White Rock Brewery Red IPA. Full-bodied red ale carrying a substantial payload of New World hops. Further dry-hopping with Cascade crowns the beer with an unctuous tropical aroma. Playful German White Rock Brewery Wheat beer. A smooth, refined brew, reminiscent of the German Kölsch style. Well-integrated, herbaceous hop character and a dry finish.

Collymochon Randalls of Brewed with classic two row Maris Otter pale ale and chocolate malts, Collymochon retains a golden hue synonymous with summer. Big Horn Black Sheep Brewery Masham, North Yorkshire Big Horn has a citrus twist Leading to a sharper, more complex taste; with hints of summer fruits and hoppy flavor. Challenger and Summit Hops. The malts and copper hops add a good level of bittiness which leaves the mouth wanting more. Seasider Ramsgate Brewery Kent A mellow, easy drinking ale brewed with a little crystal malt & a lot of golding hops. A very decent malty body & a balancing sweet hop flavour. No 5 Ramsgate Brewery Kent The aroma is toffee malt & fresh green hops, with a full body & lingering bitter finish. Red berries, a little toffee & liquorice. Jaipur Thornbridge Brewery Bakewell, Derbyshire A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. And enduring, bitter finish. Crimson King Butcombe Brewery Bristol A big red beer using Rye malt to give distinctive, refreshing, spicy dry flavours. Three UK hops plus Styrians for a fresh, fruity aroma.

Coast to Coast Caledonian Brewery Edinburgh A polished bronze ale with piny, soft fruit and citrus aromas all with a hint of spice. The taste is hoppy, with luscious lime, passion fruit and some kiwi-fruit notes. Country Perry Westons Herefordshire Made from perry pears and fully matured in old oak vats to develop its strength and traditional character. Black Dragon Gwynt y Ddraig Pontypridd The legendary Black Dragon! This cider now has quite a following amongst the most discerning cider drinkers.
