Bookings must be confirmed with a 25% non-refundable deposit and balance paid by 11 th June 2018. Amendments cannot be made to bookings after this date. All food is served chilled and should be consumed within 2 hours. Picnic food is delivered in disposable packaging and platters. Pavilion guests choosing the picnic option, are able to upgrade to waitress service and upgrade to crockery and cutlery. Max 20 guests for picnic menus.
