CELEBRATING IN STYLE EVENTS & WEDDINGS AT THE RED BARN 2015 Set in a 300 year old converted barn in Blindley Heath, Lingfield, is Geronimo s stunning country retreat. More than just a congenial local, our wonderful pub has many areas bursting with character that can be sectioned off for private events. Our expansive barn is perfect for an informal wedding reception or party, and the generous garden is just the place for local events or summer drinks and BBQs. The airy Pantry, equipped with its own Aga and delightful interior lends itself to jolly Christmas parties, corporate away days or gastronomic feasts with friends and loved ones. Location Blindley Heath is just an hour from London and a short drive from both the M23 and M25. East Grinstead, Oxted and Redhill are just a stone s throw away.

CELEBRATING IN STYLE The Barn up to 120 seated / 200 standing * A beautiful site for an informal wedding reception or large gathering. * A large, flexible space with areas suitable for dancing and entertainment. * Side alcoves that can be used for extra seating, chill out spaces, or a children s area. * Tables can be dressed or we can leave the wooden tops exposed for a more casual feel. * And how about reception drinks in the Paddock? * Our experienced team will help you plan an individual event that reflects you. * Do note that exclusive hire of The Barn does not include sole use of the bar, Pantry or garden, but this will not effect the quality of your event. * We are unable to hire the barn out on Sundays, however our private Pantry is available. The Pantry up to 30 seated / 50 standing Our rather perfect private Pantry leads out to the garden, and is a delightful setting for a christening party, anniversary celebration or birthday bash, all year round. A real home from home - we can create menus to suit any occasion. The Paddock up to 150 seated Looking for a venue for corporate entertaining? Our Paddock is fully equipped with a bbq, hog roast and outside bar and can cater for up to 150 guests. With all that outside space why not let us arrange team building games and fun entertainment, or how about a good old fashioned barn dance! With gorgeous views of the surrounding couuntryside, the Paddock is a stunning backdrop for a summer drinks reception and a beautiful spot for your wedding snaps. If you are interested in holding some sort of shindig in our garden, we ask that you also book The Pantry. Due to the rather unpredictable nature of our English weather, you may need somewhere to retreat to!

Quality produce is at the heart of our menus and we scour the local area to lay our hands on the best ingredients to prepare delectable 3 course dinners, buffets and BBQs. Think fresh, English favourites, prepared to perfection and delivered with passion. Delicious Drinks We have an expansive wine and Champagne list featuring approximately 60 bins, specially selected by our very own Master of Wine. Our eclectic range of weird and wonderful beers will satisfy even the thirstiest of guests. We re also fond of a spirit or few, and have a wide range of quality spirits available on our back bar. CELEBRATING IN STYLE PRICES FOR 2015 To hire The Barn for your wedding or event we charge a Hire Fee and set a Minimum Spend Requirement which is naturally dependant on the day of the week and time of year. Do let us know what your plans are and we will put together a package quotation for you based on your individual requirements and our experience of what s needed to make your day super special, see our delicious packages we have already compiled. The quotation will incorporate our hire fee and ensure that your minimum spend requirement is met. Our perfect package includes: Reception drink (glass of Prosecco) Canapés (4 per person) 3 course dinner (see our Blossom package suggestions) Half bottle of wine per person Glass of Champagne for the toast Linen, furniture and venue hire Service charge Also included at no extra charge are: Dedicated Events Teams to work with you to plan your event, Menu tasting for two (from 6 months before your celebration) Table stands Easel for displaying seating plan Candleholders and tea lights *Bank holiday weekend minimum spends and hire fees will vary *Please be aware that our prices are subject to alter in 2016

THE BORING STUFF SECURING YOUR BOOKING - We are delighted to hold a provisional booking date for you for a maximum of 14 days. Should we receive another enquiry during this time please be aware that we reserve the right to ask you for immediate confirmation in writing, or we may release the date due to popular demand. Confirmation, Deposit & Pre-Payment - Your booking is provisional until we receive a signed booking form and a deposit payment of 20% of the agreed minimum spend. This payment will secure your celebration and date with us. - Once issued, the booking agreement and the deposit must be returned within 10 days otherwise the date may be released. - A second payment of 60% of the agreed minimum spend is required 6 months before your event date. - Final payment based on your minimum spend requirement and confirmed contracted number of guests is due 14 days from your event date. - Any other bills, such as an extra Bar Tabs set up on the day, must be settled in full on the date of your event Cancelation Policy - Please note that your deposit is non-refundable. - In the unlikely event of cancellation please take into account there is a 100% cancellation charge 6 months before your booked date. AMENDMENTS - We reserve the right to amend your quotation should your guest numbers and/or catering requirements dramatically alter between paying your deposit and balance - Amendments to guest numbers made after payment of the balance must be confirmed to in writing and at least 7 working days prior to your event - No charge will be made for any reduction in guest numbers as long as they do not fall below 6 guests in total, and The Red Barn receives notice of the reduction at least 7 working days prior to your event Equipment & Extra Furniture If your event plans require us to hire in any special catering equipment or extra furniture, we will let you know the cost implications to you well in advance NOISE LEVELS Please do be sensitive to our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum when going outside DAMAGE If there is any obvious damage done to our lovely Barn during your event, we will show this to you after your event and you will be asked to pay to make the damage good SERVICE CHARGE We charge a reasonable 12.5% service charge to your final food and drinks bill. We think that by the end of your event you ll agree our staff deserve it MUSIC Please be aware we are required to monitor music levels at all times Please don t hesitate to contact us if we can help clarify any of The Boring Stuff.
