Designed for the production process to be transparent, you can experience every aspect of chocolate making at our chocolate factory, from roasting our cocoa beans to hand wrapping each bar. M I R Z A M HOW TO TASTE The flavour notes of a single origin bar of chocolate are a reflection of every stage of production, starting from the weather conditions the plantation has endured over the season before the cacao pods are harvested. - Store your chocolate away from moisture, between 15 to 18 degrees, never in the fridge. - Ensure the chocolate is at room temperature. - Smell the chocolate and take note of aromas. - Let the piece of chocolate slowly melt for 10-15 seconds, then move it around your mouth and toungue.
